Decided to get a philly calzone on the way to the Fair last night and was pleasantly surprised. One of the best calzones I've had served by a team of three well groomed smart young ladies. Hope y'all keep sending out great food !!

The past five orders I've made were all missing items, at least 30% of the order, usually 50% as I only order 2 things. Make sure to go out of my way to call in to politely ask items to be included but it's pointless. Wanted to support small local business over chains but I'd recommend little caesar's down the road instead.

I'd give 0 if I could. The last 3 times I've ordered from them, it has been an absolute train wreck and the customer service response by the owner was "what, you expect us to be rocket scientist?" No dude, but I do expect you to make my whole order. Tonight was the final straw. I'm done. Showed up to pick up my 4 pizzas only to have them let me pay then tell me they forgot a pizza but I could wait 10 mins for it. I did.. only to find out after waiting that they forgot another pizza and proceeded to give me attitude how this happens. No. It should not. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to save yourself the headache.

Placed an order tonight at 6:40 pm. Was told that it would be a 30 to 40 minute wait for some subs. It is now 8:30 pm. The buisness now says its closed for the night. Can't even call us to tell us you won't be delivering the dinner we asked for and you agreed to make? Guess we're going elsewhere from now on. Buyer beware if you have a hungry family and expect food to show up. Pick up your food or take a pass and head over to sugar and spice for some good food. You can thank me later.

We have been ordering for the last two years. Up until about 6 months ago everything was great, food was great no problems. Now your lucky if it arrives hot and they have everything for your order. They usually forget your sauces/salads/sandwhiches now and the food has gone down in quality. I am not sure if they have switched to a new owner or what but this is not the place it used to be. Sadly we will no longer be going to waterford pizza due to the declining quality and the fact that there is usually at least 1 thing wrong with the order every time we order.

Stopped by Saturday for the first time. Put in an order for 2 chicken bacon ranch calzones. We ordered 2 mediums expecting them to be a little on the smaller side. Boy were we wrong, these things are massive! And they were packed with bacon, chicken and cheese! The blonde gentleman in the back was very friendly too.

Ordered my pizza well done and it was undercooked. Tasted really good but was disappointed in the crust. Would possibly come back but probably not.

I've been meaning to share my thoughts on Waterford Pizza for some time now. At the outset, I didn't have particularly high expectations, considering it's the last pizza place in Waterford. However, after placing not one, but two orders, both featuring pepperoni and extra toppings like veggies and meat lovers, I can confidently say that my overall experience was decent, and I'm inclined to return.I had reservations about the delivery option, especially given our location in a more rural area. Surprisingly, there were no hiccups, and the service was executed flawlessly. Whether it's for football season or any other occasion, it's a reliable choice. Every aspect of my experience was enjoyable, and when I called to confirm the delivery, I encountered exceptional customer service.Now, as for the food itself, it was a bit of a mixed bag. The first order, which included meat lovers, a supreme, and a pepperoni with extra cheese, met my expectations and was decent. However, the second order, which featured the same items, missed the mark. The dough seemed a tad undercooked, and the pizzas were somewhat dry, especially the meat lovers and pepperoni with extra cheese. The chicken bacon ranch pizza, though also dry, was more tolerable. On a positive note, we also ordered wings, and those were excellent, especially the buffalo style, which was on point.When ordering from a local pizza restaurant, it's worth noting that you might encounter variations in quality given the circumstances. I understand and appreciate this, and I'm willing to dine here again as long as the food tastes good and is made with sustainable ingredients without fillers.

Pizza and antipasto salad was great but the wings not so much. The wings were very small and overcooked. Orders are always ready quickly and everyone is friendly.
