Told 45 mins for a delivery only 2 blocks away. After 1.5 hours we called to offer to pickup the pizza but was told the driver was on his way. After 20 additional minutes still no driver so we cancelled our order after being told they weren’t sure where he went. Kudos to the kid taking the phone calls, he was very professional and pleasant but he was also confused. As for the driver, I suggest downloading Google Maps and for the rest of the place, 0/10.

I recently moved back to Erie after living in Philadelphia for 25 years, and I have been spoiled when it comes to Italian food, especially pizza, stromboli, and calzones. After trying dozens of places across Erie County, I was ready to give up hope of finding something that truly impressed me. Then I discovered Waterford Pizza and More, and my life is officially back in balance.😌
The pizza here is unbelievable. Everything is made from scratch. The dough is crisp on the outside, soft and airy on the inside, the cheese is very high quality and layered on in generous portions, and the sauce is bright, fresh, and perfectly seasoned with olive oil, garlic, and basil.
Let's talk calzones. The first one I ordered was the large Cheesesteak Calzone (risky move for a Philly guy), and it absolutely blew me away. It was huge, loaded with perfectly cooked steak and onions, a blend of ricotta, mozzarella, and cheese sauce, plus a side of marinara for dipping. Hands down one of the best I’ve ever had — even compared to Philly.
Next up on my list to try is their Chicago-style deep dish. They use 2 FULL POUNDS OF CHEESE! I can't wait ... 🤩
I cannot recommend this place enough. This review might sound like a paid ad, but it’s not. I just love this place so much that I want everyone to support them so they’ll be around forever. They’ve truly made living in Erie again a much better experience for me. 🍕💯

Decided to get a philly calzone on the way to the Fair last night and was pleasantly surprised. One of the best calzones I've had served by a team of three well groomed smart young ladies. Hope y'all keep sending out great food !!

The past five orders I've made were all missing items, at least 30% of the order, usually 50% as I only order 2 things. Make sure to go out of my way to call in to politely ask items to be included but it's pointless. Wanted to support small local business over chains but I'd recommend little caesar's down the road instead.

I'd give 0 if I could. The last 3 times I've ordered from them, it has been an absolute train wreck and the customer service response by the owner was "what, you expect us to be rocket scientist?" No dude, but I do expect you to make my whole order. Tonight was the final straw. I'm done. Showed up to pick up my 4 pizzas only to have them let me pay then tell me they forgot a pizza but I could wait 10 mins for it. I did.. only to find out after waiting that they forgot another pizza and proceeded to give me attitude how this happens. No. It should not. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to save yourself the headache.

Placed an order tonight at 6:40 pm. Was told that it would be a 30 to 40 minute wait for some subs. It is now 8:30 pm. The buisness now says its closed for the night. Can't even call us to tell us you won't be delivering the dinner we asked for and you agreed to make? Guess we're going elsewhere from now on. Buyer beware if you have a hungry family and expect food to show up. Pick up your food or take a pass and head over to sugar and spice for some good food. You can thank me later.

We have been ordering for the last two years. Up until about 6 months ago everything was great, food was great no problems. Now your lucky if it arrives hot and they have everything for your order. They usually forget your sauces/salads/sandwhiches now and the food has gone down in quality. I am not sure if they have switched to a new owner or what but this is not the place it used to be. Sadly we will no longer be going to waterford pizza due to the declining quality and the fact that there is usually at least 1 thing wrong with the order every time we order.
