I didn't think the food Was that bad until I saw tons of flies in the kitchen area. FYI (House flies are one of the most common insects on the planet. They breed and feed in filth, including garbage, feces, and rotting or spoiled food. Poor sanitation and ripped screens and unsealed cracks in windows and doors can lead to house fly infestations.).... That place is infested! The management is ignorant and disrespectful. I would give this place a 0!

I've been meaning to share my thoughts on Waterford Pizza for some time now. At the outset, I didn't have particularly high expectations, considering it's the last pizza place in Waterford. However, after placing not one, but two orders, both featuring pepperoni and extra toppings like veggies and meat lovers, I can confidently say that my overall experience was decent, and I'm inclined to return.I had reservations about the delivery option, especially given our location in a more rural area. Surprisingly, there were no hiccups, and the service was executed flawlessly. Whether it's for football season or any other occasion, it's a reliable choice. Every aspect of my experience was enjoyable, and when I called to confirm the delivery, I encountered exceptional customer service.Now, as for the food itself, it was a bit of a mixed bag. The first order, which included meat lovers, a supreme, and a pepperoni with extra cheese, met my expectations and was decent. However, the second order, which featured the same items, missed the mark. The dough seemed a tad undercooked, and the pizzas were somewhat dry, especially the meat lovers and pepperoni with extra cheese. The chicken bacon ranch pizza, though also dry, was more tolerable. On a positive note, we also ordered wings, and those were excellent, especially the buffalo style, which was on point.When ordering from a local pizza restaurant, it's worth noting that you might encounter variations in quality given the circumstances. I understand and appreciate this, and I'm willing to dine here again as long as the food tastes good and is made with sustainable ingredients without fillers.

Ok so hear me out, the food has been On point! I always get an extra cheese pizza with mushrooms and y’all legit chef kiss amazing. My son says they make an amazing subs. Customer service is amazing also. Honestly just give them a try it’s worth the drive into Waterford.

Wings and Pizza were amazing. My only complaint is we were quoted 20 to 25 minutes and it took an hour to receive our food. However the food quickly over powered the frustration of the wait.

Ordered from here for the scheduled order pickup option at about 4:40 pm for pickup at 6:10 pm. When we picked up our food, it was almost as if they had put our order in immediately after getting our order and let it sit for 30 mins or so until or pickup time as our pizzas were so cold I could pick up one piece of the pizzas and the whole pizza picked up out of the box as a whole, like it was cardboard. Called to complain and they wanted me to drive back 15 mins from our house to bring them our nasty, cold food so they could remake it, with two children who were already over being in the car. Needless to say, after the poor customer service for our food being so bad, we will never order food from there again! Beware of this happening if you order a scheduled pickup for later!
