Happy Acres Restaurant was a great place to stop for a bite to eat. Their chili was delicious along with their corn bread. We also ordered a crab pretzel which was very good! My husband had steak & shrimp. The steak was cooked to perfection! Matt, our server was personable and attentive! The atmosphere was clean and cozy! We will definitely make a point to stop again when we're in the area!

We stopped by there on a Saturday night and had their Prime Rib. I had many Prime Ribs all over PA and I have to say it was the best I have ever had. It was done to perfection and the Au Jus was delicious!! If you get a chance it’s a must!!

Soup of the day was beef barley and was delicious. Good beer selection. 1-star ding for bathroom doorknob installed in reverse so you had to twist the knob to close the door and push the door to open it even when locked. I mean, see how easy you find out to focus your efforts when someone could barge in on you at any moment.

Ron Bennett- my wife and I plan a camping trip to Little Pine State Park just to get Happy Acres Restaurant prime rib dinner on a Friday or Saturday night! This is a 3 hour from home trip annually. We have done this for the last 5 years all because of how delicious their prime rib is! The food, the service and the atmosphere is a go to annually. Met the owner last night, super nice guy, will have to check out Happy Acres Resort sometime too!

I stopped in yesterday and had deep-fried cheese curds with marinara sauce. They were delicious and the sauce was very good--tasted homemade. I thought they were a bit pricey at $10 until I saw how many I got. There were a lot--easily enough for two people to share. The draft beer was ice cold too. I highly recommend this place!

A home away from home. A place where strangers become from friends with in minutes. From Dori the waitress, Crystal supplying weekend line dance and karaoke entertainment, and Travis and Sarah serving up great drinks, and don't forget Travis's wife cooking up some of the best salmon ever, you'll have a great time at Happy Acres. A place that really lives up to its name. My husband and I had a terrific weekend and made lots of new friends. Hope to be back soon.

Waitress was good. We were the only ones in for lunch. The food was okay. French fries were way to salty. The online menu is not what they have.

7/21/24 Cheesesteak and cheeseburger-huge servings-very good. Staff super friendly. Very nicely renovated since our last visit many moons ago.

We stayed at the RV resort and decided to have lunch at the restaurant. Our $18 warm large pretzel appetizer was a disaster as it was burnt. My BBQ wings were tasty as well as my fries. My wife wasn’t impressed with her BLT sandwich as it came without mayonnaise and the lettuce was wilted. Our granddaughter had plain pasta which she liked. Our waitress was friendly and very attentive.

Great all around. Can't wait to eat there again. Food, atmosphere and service were great. We had no idea there was food this good so close to our camp.

We stopped here after a long trip to Pennsylvania. It is far into the woods, we began to doubt that there would be a restaurant at all. I understand that it is in their off-season, but there was only one waitress and it took quite a long time to be seated. Nobody was at the door and we were not sure it was open. Regardless, once we were seated the service was fine. We were the only ones in the restaurant section, the rest of the customers were at the bar. The karaoke was fun to listen to. The food was good. Overall a good, but perhaps interesting, visit.
