Service & Atmosphere were great! The food was extremely disappointing. Sauce on the Chicken Parmigiana was sweet besides the chicken cutlet seemed premade ☹️ their Caesar salad had no taste whatsoever, and the tiramisu was a little dry(like it was made 5 days ago) and bland. It's a nice place with good people **Food Needs major improvement** I'll Give it another try when I go back to PA in a few months, hopefully they'll make some much needed improvements in the Kitchen.

The food is very good, sometimes even excellent. The problem is it’s a very small space, and the locals are very loud. If you get stuck at the table under the stairs, just leave, there’s no point. It’s like trying to eat dinner in a drum its awful.

I am a frequent customer at this restaurant and ive been coming here for years my last experience was not something i would want to recommend to people anymore. The pasta my date and i ordered was just ok the pasta was under cooked. The grilled artichokes were also undercooked. The service was lack luster and an overall disappointment. I used to love this place and want to give it another try but this was a really disappointing experience

Great food!

Great food but very slow service - not from the server but from the kitchen. Dont know if they had enough help in there but after many vists to this place I will be reluctant to go back.

Terrible has gone completely downhill

Had the chicken Parmesan—solid choice. Also was so so happy to see that Steve Khuu (formerly at Tredici) is manager. Staff is attentive as well as knowledgeable. They also hooked us up with some insanely tasty beignets at the end. Will definitely be back.

Pizza is mediocre; website is often down.

I had such a wonderful experience at Alessandro’s! Our server Kevin was so kind and attentive, and the food was incredible. Cannot recommend enough!

Food has gone downhill the last couple months. Fire the chef. Service is slow. Not coming back.

Came in for the first time as a solo diner last week and sat at the downstairs bar, and was taken care of by George. I was quite pleased with the drink and food selection. The vibe/atmosphere was lively, and upbeat. Moving on to my order, I started with a Last Word. As I drank that I got the wings which were okay for my taste. After my last word cocktail, I asked George what was underrated, and he told pointed out the Smoking Mirrors which was PHENOMENAL, and the Buzzer Beater which was equally wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, understood a lot of things like the back of his hand.

I even got to check out a bottle of aged yellow chartreuse which had me jaw dropped. Then I got to check out the second floor that also had a bar, and got to say hi to Chris, who used to work with my mother and a couple of my siblings. Following that I ordered the Soppressata pizza at the end which was unbelievably delicious. Sadly I didn’t have time to get dessert as the kitchen was closing up at that point.

All in all, I had an amazing time there, and will be making future trips when I can. I’ll be sure to try out some of the desserts next time. Awesome atmosphere/vibe, great staff, and lovely food apart from the wings which like I said, were okay. Seriously, thanks, I’m looking forward to my next visit!

Our server was nice. But I got severe food poisoning from this restaurant. I was sick for a whole week from what I ate here.
We went for my birthday dinner with my good friends. Was really craving Italian food, and my coworker suggested Alessandro. She’s Italian so I trusted her rec. I am still blaming her for suggesting this place.
We also got harass by a drunk patron at the bar. We politely decline his offers multiple times and he just kept bugging us. None of the workers/ bartender helped us even though they saw what was happening. We were one of the last groups to leave, so it wasn’t like there was a lot of customers around.
Will definitely not recommend.

Servers are incompetent, manager/owner is rude with no common sense and the food came out ice cold

My family and I love coming here! One of the best italian places on the Mainline! The ambiance, the food, and staff is amazing! 10/10 recommend!
