I would like to thank the manager Paul and his team for the wonderful service they provide. They promptly rectified a food delivery mistake ,even though it was not their fault. They replaced our delayed pizza order with fresh warm pizza's and extra goodies like cake slice and bread rolls. . We will be ordering from wayne location again.

My friends and I go here every year after a retreat in Malvern. The service and food is ALWAYS fantastic. We will return again.

I loved and enjoyed my meal at Bertucci, every Bertucci has a special touch ?

We got 2 underdone pizzas. I also asked for broccoli on mine and never got it. Pizza was also really oily and salty. Also when waitress refilled my water it was seltzer water….we asked very simple questions if sauce had dairy or gluten free, waitress had no idea.

Good food and a great staff...but this place lacks energy. Maybe it is the trendy decor from the 1990s that is looking dated. For the quality of food and service, the place should have been packed on a Friday.

Restaurant was surprisingly quiet for a weekend evening. Most of the food was good. The chicken parm portion was huge. The disappointing item was the kids meal spaghetti with meatball. When the meal said it only came with one meatball, I expected a larger-sized meatball. Unfortunately it was only the size of a golf ball, and it was cold. It wasn't heated at all.

Loud. Wait staff loud to each other. My lasagna was cold in center. When I mentioned to server, she said, "would you like a box to heat it up at home"? "It is so hard to get the center cooked." I will not be returning.

Been going to this location for about 15 years now— still a stand by for pizzas, staff here is nice.

Stopped in after a visit to Penn MEDICINE Radnor…ordered a chicken Parmesan sandwich and a Meatball sandwich to go. My husband, who is extremely fussy, loved his sandwich as did I love my meatball sandwich. The meatballs were tender! Best sandwiches that we have had in years! Thank you!

Let's start with what was good: the food. They're consistent in their offerings and very good. Now the issues: 1 waitress, 1 cook, 1 front desk/take-out guy and 1 pizza cook/mgr. Dirty table so it was suggested we move to another (waitress had no time to waste wiping it). Waitress was doing it ALL (no runner, no bus boy). Brought oil for rolls 2x before remembering we wanted butter. Half pitcher of red sangria was either old or just brackish/bad. Couldn't ask for less pasta with my entree (there's always too much) because "the cook won't understand" so this is a real problem for people with allergies, etc. Never asked how things were, if we wanted anything else, why the sangria was nearly untouched. Coupon required manager who was hard to find. We tipped our waitress well because she was simply run ragged. Sadly, unless you're getting take out, don't bother. This isn't how it used to be. ps It was my birthday but since they never even looked at the reservation (there were 3 tables of people all night) that didn't get mentioned. All I would have liked was someone to say Happy Birthday, but no...

We had a problem with our order and the manager told the server he didn't want to talk to us. The noise level of the music was so loud you had to shout over it...we came to eat not for a concert. The food quality has gone down and the prices have increased...poor value overall.

Can't really evaluate because when we arrived, the dining room was closed for dinner. The restaurant was open for take out. I checked the website, and it does not say they were closed. No explanation was posted.

Had a family lunch time pasta ? meal at Bertucci and it was great. Noon ? time on Saturday when it has just been opened for business for the day and we were amongst the first arrival so the place was not very busy. The waiter was fantastic and their warm bread ? with garlic and pepper to start off before orders was a pleasant surprised. The seating is variable for different party numbers and families and their rest room was neat as well. Service was great and food ? was delicious and they have a bar in-house with alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages?? ?? Cheers ?

We have been frequent customers at various Bertucci Locations over the years, and have been visiting the location in Wayne, PA. the most often. We have always enjoyed the experience. Great Staff and Great food. However, on Friday, February 18th we had a very unpleasant experience. We we walked in and stood at the Hostess Stand while several busy servers walked back and forth past us, without acknowledging us. Several Door Dashers came in and picked up their orders while we were waiting. Other eat in diners came in behind us. After around 10-15 minutes we were starting to get annoyed, and I caught the attention of one of the servers and asked if there was a reason that we were being ignored. He asked how he could help us, and I said that we would like a table for 2. He then asked if we had a reservation. We never needed a reservation before, and I said that we didn't. He said that then he couldn't possibly seat us at all that evening and went back to filling take out orders. We were insulted and embarrassed and immediately left and went to another restaurant. Maybe they were understaffed that evening, but that doesn't provide an excuse for being ignored and then just being dismissed rudely. I don't think we will be going back to Bertuccis anymore.
