My wife and I ordered the honey pimento chicken sandwich and there was only about a tablespoon of pimento cheese topping on each sandwich compared to the advertised photos where there looks to be about a quarter cup or more of the sauce. It was a good sandwich but really no different than the regular chicken sandwich because the pimento cheese topping was completely lost. Pretty disappointing, I feel punished for trying something new.

I’ve eaten here 4 times, and EVERY time it takes about 10-20 minutes if you mobile order or if order in store. So that doesn’t matter. Also, sadly the food is always gross and chicken is rubbery and has lots of hard pieces? Is it even chicken? Fries have been soggy and gross each time I ordered. I am not sure why I have given you guys 4 tries as that is 3 too many. This particular a chick fil a is rather low quality for the main line.

Wish there was drive thru or curbside. Curbside would probably get me to come more often
This Chick-fil-A gets it done! It's just in a storefront. But it has that clean positive professional atmosphere that we've all come to expect from Chick-fil-A! We came at lunch time during the rush and we got our food very quickly even though there was a large group of people waiting in front of us. No issues. Another day I went just for a cup of ice because Chipotle was out and they were incredibly gracious about it. Thank you Chick-fil-A for being a breath of fresh air!
Love that CFA is close to home, service can be off at times and food can come out later than expected. Also, workers can also come off as rude and uncaring at times.

Chic Fil A doesn’t list soy as an allergen on their products or menu. Unfortunately my baby is intolerant to soy and so I’m not allowed to eat soy as I breastfeed him. I ordered after checking the allergen menu online and while eating, noticed the sauce listed soybean oil as an ingredient despite it being listed as soy free online. I checked with the checkout staff who got the manager who pointed out two small asterisks on the “soy” list that indicated the item may not be soy free. The sandwich I ordered and ate also contains soy. I was not offered an apology or a refund. Really disappointing that Chic Fil A is not allergy friendly and misleads people with their allergen menu.

I really like Chick-fil-A. I often order from there, and while the consistency can be off at times, the food is usually decent and the service is always friendly. I typically go for the combo meal with the kale salad side and the nuggets. It's a bit more expensive to have the salad instead of fries, but I think it's worth it for a healthier option. I also love their waffle fries. Overall, Chick-fil-A is a reliable choice for a quick and satisfying meal. Even though it's a fast food chain, it values customer service and has decent food, making it a great option compared to other fast food chains.
