The food portion is less than half of what you got a years ago. They should order smaller bowls to make this look less obvious. You see this point on other recent reviews too. Also, a failing business is almost always signaled by having a bot replying comments online without providing any real help. Will that happen to this review?

Good in the evenings, but never get lunch take out. If you told me they don’t cook the rice at all and dumped it into your bowl straight from the bag, I wouldn’t be surprised. The staff is also very rude, which is odd considering how little food prep they seem to do.

He memorized my entire order before steaming the burrito and aced the delivery. Whoever runs Chipotle, Invest & Train this young man or I will steal him for Real Estate. Keep shining bright Chef!!! Disappointing experience at chipotle. After filling the bowl, it was half filled ; portion of each ingredient has reduced. Staff also was not attentive and I would think thrice going to this place again. It’s not value for money and place itself is not well maintained with staff there.
Better change your way for serving customers; otherwise, you will lose business.

I have a lot of chipotle bowls and today’s from this location was exceptional all around
Tried a bowl for the first time. Brown rice, black beans steak, shredded cheese and lettuce. It was delicious and fresh.

Quesadilla was cold, tasted horrible. I ordered a sprite and it taste like lemon water.

Ordered three pointer chicken tacos and was told by a person down the line that a protein counts as two points so to get cheese, chicken, and taco shells, it was full price. I ordered double chicken and barely got a full scoop divided by the three tacos. I just paid $12.95 for three taco shells, one scoop of chicken and a sprinkle of cheese. The first person that started the order said he disagrees with the person who corrected him from across the prep area. She told me and him that those were four pointer tacos because you charge more for meat and cheese and those two piece (which with a shell makes 5 friends). Never have I ever been to chipotle where three ingredients, shell included, and a minimal amount of chicken was charged full price. I am not someone someone to try to stuff the bowl or get extras either. But to eat a meal and have my husband still hungry is a bit ridiculous. Since they were gonna charge me $13, I said OK I’ll have a side of this and a side of that and a side of that and I will add it to my own food later I guess.
