Horrible staff , especially a Hispanic lady she need to be fired immediately after a viral video showing she threw someone food just cause they asked if it can be wrapped again I need to see improvement !!!! This location and honestly most locations are poorly run! Almost every time the place is dirty, the hygiene of the employees handling meat and food is awful, even when you get a veggie bowl you can still smell the meat in your food, the beans are cooked in the plastic bags filled with microplastic and bpa, so as the meats except the original chicken and steak, the same spatula is used for different items, the place smells like bathroom at times, the employees have very low work ethics and is extremely slow run! They deserve a boycott and shouldn't be allowed to operate like this!

Definitely should’ve looked at the reviews before coming into this location. When we walked in we immediately saw a pile of trash on the floor. I figured it’s slightly after 9 and maybe they were cleaning up. Chairs were up on the table and other tables were not wiped down. They were out of several items and not replenishing anymore. The worst part was when we sat down, it was just after 9:30 and they told us the lobby was closing. Ok? We’re in the middle of eating and will be done before closing time. My husband asked “don’t you close at 10?” And then all of a sudden they changed their tune and told us to take our time. Won’t be coming back to this location!

I tried getting a bowl and each time the guy started asking me questions ab my job (I was in uniform). He just kept grabbing random kitchen utensils and scoops of specific rices or chicken I didn’t ask for yet. (If he wasn’t asking me redundant questions) he wouldn’t have had to scoop random things into the bowl. Usually this location is OKAY, but the new guy they got making bowls and things seems a bit “special” to say the least. Not going back for awhile.

I do not recommend this place at all. I asked for the meal to be doubled. They put very little. When I told them that the quantity was small and that I would not pay the double amount, I was given this quantity.
