This has been the worst location I’ve been to! The place was a mess and Unstocked! No forks and the lemonade and other drinks empty! The young girl who served me was miserable actually rolled her eyes when I asked for fajita vegetables! I almost walked out and should have but I was hungry and was on my lunch break and didn’t have time to go to another place! Definitely will not be going back to this location!!

Utterly disappointed! I went restaurant at 3pm at that time a girl and a guy prepared two veggie bowls with little amount of beans, guacamole, pico, lettuce and i added spice on the side that too they given less than half of amount of the container. I would definitely not recommend this place!!

Walked in and they essentially sent me right back out the door, they said they’re only doing ‘online orders’ at the moment and their truck just arrived a few minutes ago. Lol they expect me to just walk out and act like it never happened, nah gotta give a bad review for that, no compensation no coupon no nothin, do better chipotle.

Was very dissapointed by this location. The guy who made my burrito bowl only put the smallest amount of rice in and then proceeded to scrape the rice off the spoon back into the pot as if that was even to much, I said excuse me but can I have more rice? He came back at me and said this is the normal portion, but it was ridiculous. For the amount of money you pay here for a bowl (plus I did not even want meat, so I wanted more rice and beans than normal to fill my bowl). He was snippy with me. I find the people behind the counter rush and are unprofessional. They just want to rush you out.

This place is only getting a star because I have to add at least one. I thought I've seen some bad chipotles, but this one creates a new rock bottom for the food chain. The food is fine for chipotle standards. The place is not clean, I have mixed impressions with the staff. Most of them are quiet and give me barely any food LIKE IT IS COMING OUT OF THEIR PAY CHECK (!?!?!?!) Like I don't understand why you can't give me a regular portion of rice. Anyway, Go to the one in Wayne or KOP if you have the option to. Please take these words seriously P.S.: whoever was working the rice and meat station at 1:15 on January 13th 2024, please get a grip. This is by far the worst chipotle I've been to. It's right next to my office so sometimes I go out of convenience but no longer. The portions are always so small and I always end up leaving hungry. My company has catered from this location for lunch before and there has always been an error and the guac is often brown!

Ive never seen a chipotle feel like a scam more than this one. The portions here are absolutely horrible. The staff putting the food together are rude and look miserable. I ordered double meat(which I know what im paying for as I get this at other locations) and they literally give me a regular portion. I ordered a regular portion too and there’s next to no meat on it. Also a very dirty chipotle in comparison to others. Not ever coming back.

Geez. Usual feeling of disarray there, particularly the yelling young tattooed female worker in the kitchen-- very loud, aggressive, and disruptive. And as usual, everyone is standing around while all the tables are filthy. Can't tell if there's a manager or not. Always hesitate to come here but the kids like the tacos. Hope they get it together because I normally like Chipotle.
