The most disgusting inside of a so called restaurant I’ve ever seen. Trash overflowing. Food all over the floors. Trash all over the floors. Drink machines sticky and disgusting. The food is disgusting. I’m a chipotle fanatic but this didn’t even taste like chipotle. This was easily my worst experience by far. Don’t even look this locations direction. And I felt bad because the guy that serviced me was very nice. I had an online order that took longer than it was supposed to and he was very nice and communicated well with me. But literally everything else was terrible.

Do not waste your money at this Chipotle location. This place is a complete joke. Look at the photo — does this look like a burrito loaded with double rice, double beans, chicken, cheese, sour cream, etc.? Absolutely not. It's embarrassingly small, more like the size of a Taco Bell burrito — and honestly, it might even be smaller.
For $12, I expected a meal that would actually fill me up. Instead, I got a disappointing, underwhelming burrito that Chipotle should be embarrassed about.
Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. You’ll thank yourself later.

Avoid this location at all costs. Half of my ingredients were left out, rice was dry and chicken overcooked. Chipotle customer service refuses to refund me even though I paid for extra (guac) the restaurant left out of the order. Beware!

I have been at Chipotle multiple times. But this time I got served with a beef bowl with almost raw white rice! The texture is hard and ruined the whole meal.

I was only in there twice. The first time was nice, the tacos were good, it was pleasant. The people were friendly. The second time, it was a pigsty. I was just disgusted and left without buying anything, and the staff was not helpful.

Used app to order a very simple chicken bowl at about 6:20pm. App said ready time 6:30pm. Only reason I used app was because I was pressed for time. I get there and have to wait past 6:50pm. I could have just waited in line and been out at 6:35pm. To owner: I have already provided feedback online. This doesn't make any sense and is most definitely a management issue. Lesson learned: DO NOT USE APP HERE FOR SIMPLE ORDERS. Also no napkins/utensils in bag after requesting(was also confirmed on receipt that I requested). The place was very messy and there were no napkins in the side area. A woman came out to check up on the status of the seating area and barely did anything in a very lazy manner. It's like management has given up on the place!

Second time here and second time being a letdown.
Rice is hard, like they didn't attempt to cook it. Both times, minimal meat. I tried barbacoa first and this time the brisket. 3/4 of my bowl had absolutely no meat. Just uncooked rice. I'm throwing 75% of it out is that uneatable. I guess the $0.50 wrap was the best part of my bowl. I ate it plain bc the rest of the bowl was gross.
Used to love chipotle, but I'll just go elsewhere for lunch. This establishment is terrible.

I ordered through the app to pick up after yoga. This was the biggest, fastest bowl I have ever received from a chipotle. Toppings weren’t lacking. The bowl was PACKED. 5 stars to whoever made my bowl on 10/14 around 8:20
