Rice was hard. The place is filthy. The bathrooms didn’t have soap. The hand dryer was broken. The ice machine was broken. This place really sucks.
The tortilla chips were stale. The trash cans were overflowing. The tables were filthy. The corn looked rotten. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant.

I have been to this place on 4 separate occasions and every time the employees are frequently confused about what mobile ordering is. The counters, Equipment and grill are never clean and have a thick black layer on the hardtop. I will ever be returning to this chipotle or many of the others in this town because the company as a whole appears to not care at all for service or cleanliness at their locations. I was ashamed to put this food in my body.

Rice was undercooked. Couldn’t even eat half of my bowl. Staff acts like they don’t want to be there. Trash all over the place. The scanner at the cashier doesn’t work. The list goes on and on. This used to be my go-to Chipotle near work. It’s very unfortunate how bad it has become 😕

I gave my bowl to a homeless person, he took a single bite, threw it down and then jumped in front of a car.
I (not wanting to waste food), picked it up and ate it only for it to be so absolutely disgusting that I then consequently imploded on the spot. I’m writing this review from hell.

My little sister had brown guac on her bowl and she told the server and she didn’t talk to her and went back without saying anything. They refused to make her a new bowl and she had to ask again. The manager came out and said “what” as her first response.

Everything about this experience was awful, no ice in the machine, my quesadilla was COMPLETELY wrong, got charged for stuff I did not receive, the restaurant was dirty, and the meat that was in my food was rock hard.

The most disgusting inside of a so called restaurant I’ve ever seen. Trash overflowing. Food all over the floors. Trash all over the floors. Drink machines sticky and disgusting. The food is disgusting. I’m a chipotle fanatic but this didn’t even taste like chipotle. This was easily my worst experience by far. Don’t even look this locations direction. And I felt bad because the guy that serviced me was very nice. I had an online order that took longer than it was supposed to and he was very nice and communicated well with me. But literally everything else was terrible.

Do not waste your money at this Chipotle location. This place is a complete joke. Look at the photo — does this look like a burrito loaded with double rice, double beans, chicken, cheese, sour cream, etc.? Absolutely not. It's embarrassingly small, more like the size of a Taco Bell burrito — and honestly, it might even be smaller.
For $12, I expected a meal that would actually fill me up. Instead, I got a disappointing, underwhelming burrito that Chipotle should be embarrassed about.
Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. You’ll thank yourself later.
