Trash cans were overflowing, trash in almost every table, working counter tops dirty and condiments section is dirty. The only thing that was clean was the restroom. And no it was not super busy just a few ins and out, so they had time to clean up. I got a burrito, it was ok

First stopping Jan 2026, after not haven had a steak bowl in about 3 months. Let me tell the story of an excellent service I got… walked in, was greeted with a smile. However, I immediately noticed they’d no fajitas and said “never mind “ when asked what I wanted and started walking away when a lady (sorry, I didn’t ask her name, but I’m assuming she is the manager) said give me 10 minutes and I’ll take care of you. Contemplated waiting that long, but then wondered how I could turn down such hospitality. I am very particular about my bowl, and I’m glad I could get to enjoy it after a while thanks to “The Lady”.

Had a wonderful experience at this Chipotle today! The gentlemen working were personable and really added to the experience. In recent years the Chipotle stores around us seem to be going downhill, so coming here was a pleasant surprise. Food was good, portion sizes were fantastic, and staff were the best. Kudos to the young gentlemen working here!

I waited in line and tried to order a quesadilla and he said I have to order it online. It was on the menu sign and didn’t say anything about online ordering. The cooking area was also very messy. Disappointed and so went next door to Chick Fil A and they were friendly and quickly fully order.

They’re occasionally out of bowls and there register is frequently broken, which completely stalls operations for hours. They seem not to care though since they remain open and just redirect customers somewhere else since nothing isn’t he place is working how it should. Also, they’re almost always out of a certain ingredient.

This is the worst chipotle that I’ve ever been. Dirtiest and unprofessional work place I ever experienced. Two of the employees were arguing as they doing my order. I got a bowl. The rice was under cooked. I had to stopped eating after two spoons because I can taste the dirt from the cilantro and lettuce. I would give a negative review if there’s an option.
Worst chipotle I have ever been to. The staff was arguing in front of me as they were serving me. The lady threw the spoon back into pot and the sauce splattered everywhere. Idk how this place is even a thing

Somehow I thought this chipotle was going to be a decent one due to the area being so nice, then I walk in and see 2 trash cans overloaded, organic drink dispensers completely empty, no ice at all, and cleanliness alone not even there.
Food order was average and on time luckily, but this location needs much TLC to even fit in with the rest of the shopping stores near by.

Worst chipotle I have ever been too. Shoved metal bowl all over my burrito mid order worst portion of chicken I have ever seen. BOGO deal til close on the chipotle websit we walk in and they don’t honor it. Miserable experience never giving this place another dollar.

I’m over this place. I’ve given this location so many chances and they never have key ingredients. The last five times they didn’t have fajita veggies. They stand around doing nothing and look at you like you have two heads when you ask for your order that you placed a half hour ago. Never ready, always insufficient or missing ingredients, rice is never cooked. Disgusting.
