At first, I was skeptical of trying a plain pretzel given the options. Yet I wanted to see what the hype was about. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. Every bite was a bite melting in my mouth. I could hear the angels singing. It was like a single ray of sun shining down on me in that moment. And I loved every bite there after. I couldn’t recommend enough and I cannot wait to try all of the flavors.

Definitely a must when at the Farmers market. The mini cheese filled hot dogs are so fresh, warm and delicious. I seriously can't ever eat enough of them, they're too good. Being able to see the process of making them is also very fascinating!
Very nice place
Delish!!
We love homemade pretzels and they can make some of them vegan by not putting butter on top. I always order a dozen ahead and give my credit card so all I have to do is run in and grab it. We eat a few on the way home and then freeze the rest. They heat up great from frozen in a 325° oven for just a few minutes.
The warm fragrance meets you as you enter the Market. Fresh made pretzels of assorted varieties. The most popular are the Party Dogs. They offer breakfast sandwiches wrapped in a pretzel. Ham and swiss, pepperoni and mozzarella, or a jumbo hotdog in a pretzel bun can also be purchased . They also offer Organic Dairy products. Very friendly family run business.
Today was my first visit to Country Twist. Though I visit the Lancaster Farmer's Market whenever I get the chance, I had never tried the lovely pretzel booth before today.
I really enjoyed my regular pretzel (with butter) with a side of mustard. It was way less greasy than auntie Anne's any much more tasty. I'd definitely recommend it. I noticed everyone in line was buying the party dogs aka pigs in a blanket (it was Superbowl weekend) so got them too spur of the moment. Already tried a few in my toaster oven & they're delicious, too! Not greasy like the kind you might get elsewhere.
They sell hard pretzels in various bags and they also have a small dairy case with chocolate milk and other beverages. If you like pretzels, definitely give them a try!
