She was told to wait for another associate, who then told her she doesn't have the right "access level" for a free cookie on her 13th birthday. Thanks Crumbl for crushing my daughter on her birthday! Needless to say, we won't be back.

Update: it’s been nearly a month and the branch said to contact them, which I have done. Still not a word back! These guys don’t seem to care!
Went to the Crumbl in Wayne. The cookies were nothing like the display cookies/pictures. Irregular shapes, icing dripping off that should have been creamy and whipped, and a small sized cookie that half filled the cookie holder. When we questioned this with the employee, she said “This is how that are now” Like I’m an idiot!!! Not happy at all. The cookies are normally good but if this is the new normal, I’m out!!!

Just visited the Wayne store and was very disappointed with the service. Firstly they got the cookie order wrong and then when the cookies came out they looked nothing like they’re supposed to. There was hardly any icing and what there was looked very “watery”. The server didn’t seem to care! This store does not meet the standard of other crumbl cookie stores I have been to, a very disappointing experience

I usually love crumbl and look forward to their lineup every week. Sadly I moved away from the store I usually go to and this location is then closest. Every time I’ve been here there’s always some part of my topping that’s left off. Today I ordered two of the strawberry cookies and was given two plain sugar cookies instead. I assume they were likely sold out of this cookie and I wouldn’t have been mad about that but it was upsetting that no one addressed this when I came to pick up my cookies as I would’ve just asked for different cookies instead. The cookies were not addressed or presented to me so I didn’t get notice these were incorrect until I got home. This is super disappointing for how pricey these cookies are. Sadly I will not be returning to this location

My order was lost in the system, but the employees did a great job of finding it quickly and were very fast with preparing my order. However, the cookies came out way smaller than they should have, and the golden oreo cookies did not have nearly as much icing as they should have. I know if I contact the store, they will say that everything is “pre-portioned” even though these cookies are smaller than every other cookie I have had at Crumbl. This is very disappointing and not up to Crumbl’s standards.
