The place was so clean and many workers smiled at me which made me feel more excited about this. Never had crumbl before but thought it seemed expensive for 4 cookies, I was wrong. These cookies are huge! Definitely worth the price and other places would charge way more for cookies that big. Overall 5 stars! Would visit again

Got to experience all the hype, cookies were good but not worth the price. Got the pack of minis and all the cookies were very good but nothing I would go back for. Minis are regular size cookies and was told by another patron that they are smaller then they used to be so I guess shrink-flation really hit this business. Staff was friendly and quick turnaround from ordering to cookies in hand.

This was my first experience with Crumbl after hearing positive reviews from friends and family. Service was very quick but the staff does not greet customers. I wasn't instructed to use the self-service tablet and eventually stumbled across it after looking around. Of course it asked for a tip, lol.
