Love this place! Food is amazing and consistent. We always get Dan Dan, scallion pancakes, spicy cucumber, and the fish pot. These are the staples. Also the cocktails are amazing here!

Twiced cook pork belly dish is pretty good, lower the spicy level and it is not spicy at all. Napa cabbage is standard. I don't really like 3 cup chicken. The roasted chilli chicken is very spicy. Deep fried mushroom is good

The food here is delicious - the service is inconsistent every time. When we’ve gotten takeout it’s been chaotic and unorganized. But the dan dan noodles are fire, such good flavor never miss. Scallion pancakes thin and crispy with an amazing dipping sauce. Wontons in chili oil the filling was a little bland but they were very good. General Dan’s chicken is the nice smaller pieces of chicken (we prefer that), savory sauce and the cauliflower is great. The eggplant was also very good.

Service - it feels like every time we’ve come here we have to wait such a long time for someone to bring water glasses and take our order. Sometimes even with the dining room empty. Once our order is taken the food comes out quickly but it’s frustrating bc it seems like there are so many reviews stating the same and they don’t seem to care.

Always a 10 out of 10! Bing made the best martini ever and then delivered great service as she coursed out our multi-dish and super delish dinner! Order everything

We were on our way to a show and appreciated the easy parking in this nicer strip mall. Food is served family style in large portions. I wish they marked dishes as vegan; they did bring us an egg-free menu. We split pressed Szechuan tofu, green beans, and scallion pancakes, thinking we would take some home but, um, did not, scarfed it all down. If you are oil-free, you might not like these dishes, but once in a while, it's a nice treat. Full bar and wine list. We got the first level of spice and were quite warmed by it, so maybe don't go too much higher if things can get too spicy for you. Lovely open dining room beside a busy bar with TVs. By far the best Chinese restaurant in the area. Great food and very professional service, very nice environment with both indoor and outdoor seating. Good choice for birthday celebration or first date.

Dan Dan in Wayne is a great spot if you’re craving fresh, flavorful Asian food with plenty of options for everyone, including vegans and vegetarians. The place feels welcoming, with a comfortable layout and a friendly staff that’s always happy to explain the menu. Their noodle dishes really stand out — rich broths, perfectly cooked noodles, and vibrant toppings that bring each bowl to life. What makes this place even better is how accommodating they are with dietary preferences. You can easily find vegan or vegetarian options without compromising on taste, and they’re flexible about substituting tofu or vegetables in many dishes. The sesame noodles and veggie dumplings were especially good — fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. It’s also nice that portions are generous and prices are fair for the quality you get. Whether you stop by for lunch or a casual dinner, Dan Dan Noodles is a reliable spot for delicious, customizable Asian comfort food.

REALLY loved the cumin hand ripped noodles- it really reminded me of the same dish I had in Chongqing, China - about 90% there. As another reviewer said it was perhaps a bit sweet. But I was very impressed. Tasty!

We also had the Duck Bao which were good- could have used a bit more duck and I missed the crispy skin.

The second dish we had was the Garlic Sauce dish with tofu which was also good but candidly didn’t excite me like the cumin lamb!
