Updated: don’t sleep on the authentic dishes. I’m now obsessed with the green peppercorn hot sauce dish. So much depth of flavor (spicy but with flavor, not just heat).

Such lovely, authentic, spicy, aromatic Szechuan Chinese food. This is a go to spot for me.

Everything is delicious. The dan dan noodles are full of savory, peanut goddess. The udon noodles have a great chew, crispy fresh veggies and a savory umami sauce.

Overall, a solid place for Szechuan. Last time I was there, I think they may have been understaffed. The service was slower than usual and the plating of my dish was messy. I'm not usually precious about that stuff, so it's odd when I notice it. Still, worth the stop.

Overall very good experience! Food was very good, for the most part!

We enjoyed everything, except for the regular lo mein and general fried rice, both of which were a little unflavored and dry.

Some favorites were the soup dumplings, the glass noodles, and mochi dessert. The mochi dessert was like fried mochi with a glaze sauce. It was delicious.
