Dont even think about ordering it in this store!!Absolutely atrocious service and delivery from the nearby Domino's! If I could give zero stars, I would. Placed an order that was promised to be ready within 30 minutes, but ended up waiting over an hour and a half! Called multiple times to inquire about the delay, only to be met with rude and unapologetic customer service representatives who seemed completely indifferent to our frustration. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold, soggy, and completely unappetizing. Clearly, they have no regard for their customers' time or satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and avoid this Domino's at all costs!"

Worst service Everytime . I don’t understand.They never want to deliver and I’ll call few hours before they close. One time I ordered a five cheese dip and was over cooked. I couldn’t even dip my Parmesan bite it was extremely hard.No offense I’m not prejudice but every time the people that have strong accents most of the time males not females they don’t understand what I’m saying and they’ll mess up my order. And sometimes when I call they would hang up the phone or take along time to answer the phone.Please resolve this matter. I had to call the King of Prussia Dominoes. The lady gave me great customer service. She went out of her way to help me out. She deserves a bonus. I hope she gets recognized for her good customer skills

Worst domino’s in America. Delivery never available then pick up is spotty. You know what you’re getting from a quality perspective but service in any domino’s over the last 20+ years has been relatively ok. HQ should shut this location down.

We Ordered pizza for dinner (delivery) over 2 hours passed and called dominos. Mustafa answered and immediately accused us of not answering the phone and saying they don’t have drivers even though the tracker says it’s out for delivery? It’s almost laughable… worst dominos in America kid should be fired for being dishonest and having 0 integrity and have a rep reexamine their business model because scamming honest patrons online isn’t what I thought dominos was about until now

Called for delivery and asked about specials. Worker would not give them to me, told me to look at the specials online. Informed him I was driving and just wanted a special involving medium Pizzas. Je refused to give them to me and told me to order somewhere else. So I did.

One of the worst dominos outlets I have ever experienced. 90 percent of the time they cancel your orders and when they do actually deliver it 3 hours later the pizza is cold and poor quality. If you can’t deliver pizzas shut down your store. Simple

The pizza was great ! I just feel sorry for the elderly woman working there by herself. No help at all when I was there. She had to keep answering the phone while trying to make pizzas. The delivery driver was a no show. It's a shame a woman her age still has to work for a living. And to be alone made me fear for her safety. I wish the people in her community could get together and do something for her. Hope they hire more people there soon. I was traveling through when I stopped to get something for dinner. ???
