Not sure whats going on with Dominos, but this location has taken a downturn. Ordered a pizza and the max time to get delivered was 40 minutes. The driver left at 10:30 pm and dodnt arrive to my house until 11:30 pm which was over an hour from when i actually ordered. The pizza steamed in the box so it fell apart, and it was cold at the same time. Tried to get a refund with no luck, just a coupon. Avoid this location at all costs.

They are not professional it took a 8 mins To get a answer after my food didn't show they didn't even call me to tell us the orders been canceled because they had no drivers now where should I get dinner

Brutal, I placed the order at 6:36, app said it would be ready in 13 min. I arrived at 6:49 and they haven’t even started making my pizza!!!

This is the second time in a row that I am ordering from that store and every time is worse. This time it took them 2 hours to prepare a pizza for delivery!! Unacceptable and unprofessional!! In the end they cancelled my order. -5 stars that’s the real score review. Will not order from them again and will encourage others mouth to mouth to do the same!

Placed an order today around 4:30pm on 1/2/25. We had a past issue with this store where they claimed to have no drivers for delivery so we waited 4 hours to get our food that tasted terrible anyway. We did complain then and to what now seems like they retaliated. We found a pink substance in the bread bowl that had my girlfriend immediately rush to the bathroom! We contacted to manager of the store and he did refund the money, but this was absolutely disgusting! Literally never experienced anything like this in my entire life from anywhere!

Dont even think about ordering it in this store!!Absolutely atrocious service and delivery from the nearby Domino's! If I could give zero stars, I would. Placed an order that was promised to be ready within 30 minutes, but ended up waiting over an hour and a half! Called multiple times to inquire about the delay, only to be met with rude and unapologetic customer service representatives who seemed completely indifferent to our frustration. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold, soggy, and completely unappetizing. Clearly, they have no regard for their customers' time or satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and avoid this Domino's at all costs!"
Worst service Everytime . I don’t understand.They never want to deliver and I’ll call few hours before they close. One time I ordered a five cheese dip and was over cooked. I couldn’t even dip my Parmesan bite it was extremely hard.No offense I’m not prejudice but every time the people that have strong accents most of the time males not females they don’t understand what I’m saying and they’ll mess up my order. And sometimes when I call they would hang up the phone or take along time to answer the phone.Please resolve this matter. I had to call the King of Prussia Dominoes. The lady gave me great customer service. She went out of her way to help me out. She deserves a bonus. I hope she gets recognized for her good customer skills

Worst domino’s in America. Delivery never available then pick up is spotty. You know what you’re getting from a quality perspective but service in any domino’s over the last 20+ years has been relatively ok. HQ should shut this location down.

We Ordered pizza for dinner (delivery) over 2 hours passed and called dominos. Mustafa answered and immediately accused us of not answering the phone and saying they don’t have drivers even though the tracker says it’s out for delivery? It’s almost laughable… worst dominos in America kid should be fired for being dishonest and having 0 integrity and have a rep reexamine their business model because scamming honest patrons online isn’t what I thought dominos was about until now
