Worst FW we have been - we have been here a few times and always had this impression, compared with other FW we have been. I think today I’ve had my last straw - waited for 45 mins for our food, table/chairs were not clean. Servers seem to be overwhelmed but the management really should properly staff this place or improve the efficiency. I recommend the FW at KOP or Audubon, both are way better.

Rosemary was absolutely wonderful!! Very attentive and made sure our experience was great! I live in the KOP area and of all the times me and my husband have come to this location this has been the BEST experience yet! Her smile definitely made our day! This is the best First Watch in my opinion. The food is always on point, and the servers are super pleasant and attentive. They just built another first watch much closer to my house... And I drive right past it to come to this particular restaurant. Way better service, and the food is so much better. Can't understand why they thought it would be a good idea to build a second location less than 3 miles away. Cut the business in half for both locations. Smh. If you had to choose... Come to this location instead of KOP. Trust me. They are not the same.

It’s frustrating that they’re quick to ask for a tip, even on pickup orders, but can’t take a moment to double-check that the order is complete. Basic attention to detail was clearly lacking.
