The Wayne location has terrible management. They are very rude and made no attempt to solve a problem on their own ordering system. If you order delivery through their website (Wayne location) your food doesn’t show up for 2 hours and there’s no communication. If you call the restaurant, they claim they don’t offer delivery and wash their hands of it. I was also charged an extra $12 on a $38 order in fees (tip was extra on top of that)

Food is meh. Don't order delivery, it took 2 hours and there was no communication. I called after the first hour and was told they don’t offer delivery (I literally used their website to order). The guy made it clear that he was uninterested in figuring out what happened. He was also incorrect. Since he was so insistent though, I ordered food elsewhere and was really annoyed when my food from the original order arrived 2 hours later. I sent an email about it and got a nasty phone call from a woman (Lori) making it clear that she didn’t care what happened or the confusion that her guy created. She was just talking at me and not listening at all. I was very nice initially, but eventually got pretty annoyed. If this is how this restaurant works with their customers, I’m not going to recommend them

10/22/25: Great food, drink and atmosphere again today. Karen D. was an excellent and friendly server. Sherell (sp?) gave us a friendly hello to! He remembered us from our visit last year with my Aunt. It was her 97th birthday celebration lunch today. We'll be back for sure. We're joining the loyalty program too!
7/16/25: Great lunch (for 6 people) . Friendly professional staff. Christie G. is a very good waitress. Everything came out correct and with good timing. Large menu. Cold beer, good selection.

I think it was our server not the service in general. Another server got is water when our server couldn't be found. Forgot we asked for more water

Went here three times. The first time, the staff told us to sit where we'd like but never stopped by our table to take our order. I thought maybe it was a one-off and went again. Second time, same thing happened. Third time was for the Turkey Trot in 2024, we got a complimentary drink for completing the race; the staff seemed like they weren't eager to serve but other guests are being treated nice. I'm starting to think they're racist.
