People come here for business, for friends gathering, and for relaxation. The pastries and sandwiches are tasty as well.

Came here frequently in the past few years, but stopped going b/c the service was verrry hit-and-miss (extra emphasis on very). Too often, the drinks weren't made well. Things definitely improved when a manager/owner was on-site but maybe there was a lack of training? Spending $6+ on a drink, you want it to be worth it. Hopefully the quality of employees is better these days. To end on a positive note: Highly recommend the almond croissants.

Tiny store yes, but good food and my tea was great! A little bit of a wait but that is to be expected. Staff were friendly. I wish I had checked out the upstairs but the stairs must be by the entrance and kinda hidden. A good place for studying, I'll likely become a regular. Free wifi, there are outlets for charging things. Def the kind of cafe that makes you wanna get work done (in my opinion). Note: Parking is mostly via a parking lot across the street and you have to pay for it but it wasn't too pricey (mine was $1 for like 2 hours?)

Service was good. Not much seating open since they were a little busy. The iced latte was really good. For some reason it tasted a lot better than the West Chester location. The latte at the West Chester location was watery and not good but this one was much much better.

Best coffee in town, and lovely breakfast noshing options. The background hum of conversation is a welcome antidote to working virtually at home.

This is a nice cafe located conveniently in downtown Wayne. It's street parking only, which isn't usually a problem. The hummus toast is very good and features local Philly muffins. They have several other local brands available in snacks and beverages too. The coffee is pretty standard to me. I don't get anything fancy, just black drip. It can get pretty crowded inside since it is such a small shop. There is another room up the stairs to the left if you're looking to hangout and work.

I go out of my way to get to Gryphon! A friend of mine convinced me to meet him there over the popular nationally renowned coffee spot because their coffee just tasted better, and easily, they are now my only choice for that type of drink! Gryphon Cafe Wayne or West Chester, baby!

Good coffee and it’s a nice place to stay and work or read. I highly recommend finding a seat in their upstairs space if you’re going to read or with your laptop to work—it’s quiet and quaint up there with several outlets if needed.

The pourover seemed underdosed, but the beans came through enough to tell they do a good job with their roasts. The latte was very well made in both taste and image.I picked up a bag of Columbian since they roast on Tuesdays, when I happened to be working upstairs. The upstairs is dirty, dusty, and smells of mold, but it was easy to look past and was actually a neat place to spend the morning to get some stuff done. At the time I was there, the upstairs portion seemed more like a library with how respectfully quiet everyone was as they read, worked, or idly scrolled on their phones. If you're looking for parking just turn the corner towards the train off r30 and you'll find a parking lot on the right with a kiosk/mobile pay, very cheap. All in all would reccomend.
