My 1st time at Honeygrow I'm disappointed with the level of staff knowledge. I asked if the butter chicken noodle bowl was spicy and was told no. The bowl arrived with red chili pepper seeds in the sauce. I removed 2/3rds of the seeded sauce and dish was spicy, but edible. They could have offered to serve sauce on the side.

This place serves up a unalive dish every time they get the chance they never fail to not satisfy you not recommended highly not recommended Out of every store chain, this store chain has the worst quality control that I’ve personally have experienced in my life, which is absolutely terrible. No one should ever have anything like this. Go to a restaurant you’re not there served trash you’re there for quality food prepared by professionals not a façade of high standards or a bamboozle absolutely terrible not recommended ever!🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮☠️

called to place a catering order and ask them what dairy free options they have because it wasn’t clear on their website and the person answering the phone said “I don’t speak very much English” so I asked if she could put someone on the phone that does speak English and she said no and then she hung up on me. the owner should be hiring individuals to answer the phone that speak English, this is America. Very poor management. I will be placing my $400 catering order elsewhere.

This particular honeygrow is leaps and bounds above the rest. When I walk through the Wayne honeygrow doors, the lovely ladies behind the counter greet me with a “welcome to honeygrow” that I could only liken to the warmth of a mother’s hug. Their smiles are genuine, and they have a love for life. Bowls here are made with love.To hear the ladies banter joyfully as they craft my bowl reinforces the authenticity of the experience. They’re the gift that keeps on giving, and they leave me longing to return. This crew of employees should be the subject of a case study for all other honeygrow establishments. These ladies deserve life- long pension plans.
