called to place a catering order and ask them what dairy free options they have because it wasn’t clear on their website and the person answering the phone said “I don’t speak very much English” so I asked if she could put someone on the phone that does speak English and she said no and then she hung up on me. the owner should be hiring individuals to answer the phone that speak English, this is America. Very poor management. I will be placing my $400 catering order elsewhere.

This particular honeygrow is leaps and bounds above the rest. When I walk through the Wayne honeygrow doors, the lovely ladies behind the counter greet me with a “welcome to honeygrow” that I could only liken to the warmth of a mother’s hug. Their smiles are genuine, and they have a love for life. Bowls here are made with love.To hear the ladies banter joyfully as they craft my bowl reinforces the authenticity of the experience. They’re the gift that keeps on giving, and they leave me longing to return. This crew of employees should be the subject of a case study for all other honeygrow establishments. These ladies deserve life- long pension plans.

This is my first time eating at a honeygrow after thinking about stopping in for a pretty long time. I got their chicken Parmesan bowl, which was a seasonal item. I actually thought it was really good, just a bit too small. I feel like at the very least, they should fill the bowl up more than halfway with noodles to make it seem like I’m getting more. It’s not like noodles cost a whole lot. But the amount of chicken was depressingly little. While the flavors were better than what I’d expect from similarly priced restaurants in the area, I’m not sure I am in a hurry to go back because of the small portions. And if I did, I would pay the extra three bucks for extra chicken, though I feel at that point, it would be a bit overpriced.

If I could give this place Zero stars I would. I was in your establishment eating dinner watching the one female manager disrespect all of the delivery drivers. Making them wait on purpose. Holding onto their orders delaying them on purpose. I watched this one delivery driver stand there for over 20 minutes waiting for her order while the manager did everything BUT give her the order. What is the point of a having a delivery service if the manager has no regard for them? Maybe she's in the wrong industry or maybe customer service is not for her. I've been coming here for a year and I thought someone needs to say something and maybe just maybe something will be done to correct this.

I got the red coconut curry dish. I also paid .59 extra for extra curry sauce. The noodles and other toppings were so dry! They were barely coated in the sauce. I wasn't impressed esp for their prices. Not going here again.
