Man… did not disappoint. Was looking for a true deli and found one of the best we could’ve found in the area. Italian sub is one of the best I’ve had. The staff were so friendly and helpful with suggestions. Family owned and operated too! Highly recommend.

Just tried John’s turkey hoagie and it’s amazing. Growing up in an Italian-American household…. My deli standards are high and this place met all of them. Would definitely recommend.

Mom and Pop sandwich shop. The owners are awesome. Fresh bread and delicious high-quality meats on a hoagie made with care. I got a roast beef with provolone and hot Italian peppers, oil and vinegar on fresh hoagie roll. 16" sandwich. Amazing!

I've been a customer for ~15 years and stop by everytime I get a chance. John's is the quintessential family owned mom & pop shop. Deli is exclellent. Homemade food is excellent. Atmosphere and service are excellent. Prices are very fair. Lot's of unusual and tasty ancillary food items and snacks to grab while you wait. Really miss their roast pork, which I'd rank as the best in the region over all other popular steak/pork places, but their italian hoagies and hot beef & gravy are just as legendary. A+. Highly recommend.
Parking: It's on a small side street, so plenty of street parking is usually available. A couple of big parking lots across the street as well.
Kid-friendliness: There is something for everyone to enjoy.
Wheelchair accessibility: Technically, not wheelchair accessible as there are a couple of steps in front of the door.

I have been going to John’s since 1998, and the sandwiches are as amazing as they ever were. I have no idea how anyone in their right mind could argue that a Wawa hoagie is even in the same category of food, let alone as good as or better than a John’s hoagie.If you need a great sandwich with high quality ingredients, that also keeps things simple, then John’s is your place. Great food, great service, and a staple of the neighborhood that hopefully remains for years to come.

John’s used to have the best hoagies in Wayne. Not anymore and noticeably NO RECENT pictures OF hoagies.however some folks remain loyal no matter what. That’s why the reviews are very mixed. Truthfully, not as good as they were. Sorry JVM.
