Mister Jim's is the best, so are the Italian hoagies and cheese steaks! Love the olive salad, too.
did they change locations or is it still closed. it says they are open on google but the front of the store is covered.
The food is absolutely amazing, especially the hot sandwiches. All of the staff here is wonderful and incredibly helpful and kind. I would highly recommend coming here. There is no seating if you order food however.
The best hoagies and cheese steaks! Unfortunately, this place was sold to a new owner in 2018 and has been closed at least 6 months for "remodeling". I doubt they will reopen....

Best cheese steaks and hoagies and Killer Burgers. Finest family. Have known and loved this whole family. Heartbroken.
Good food. But under new management and it was a little disorganized.
I've been eating here for nearly 15 years, and the Mr. Jim's remains my favorite sandwich in the world. I'm sad to see them go - if you haven't been yet, make your way over before they close. Thankful for this place.

Easily one of the best sandwich spots in the area, not to mention a great selection of craft beers to go with it.
Great craft beer selection, good hoagie (tried The Godfather) and family friendly.
I wish I could give this place six stars. Great subs, sandwiches, salads and much much more. A true family restaurant where you are treated as one of the family. When I'm in Wayne, I wouldn't go anywhere else for lunch or dinner. Lastly, they serve a warm chocolate cake that is to die for!
I went to Valley Forge Military Academy in the early 70s and the Landis was one of my favorite places to go. I have returned often through the years and it hasn't changed a bit. Terrific salads, soups and sandwiches with huge portions and fair prices. Great food. A true landmark. Super nice owners. And beer from all around the world. Give it a try!
