First time trying Vietnamese food. It was delicious. They have everything from Seafood to Vegetarian. A good selection for picky eaters. I went on a Saturday therefore, it was packed so a little busy and food arrived delayed however, everything else was awesome. The sea bass was so tasty. Will definitely be back again, when im in the Philly area visiting friends.

I had a great brunch experience. Everything tasted great. I think my favorite was the French omelette & the French toast. The Matcha latte and the Maison 175 were both delicious. The atmosphere was relaxing. The service was top tier, thank you Justin! Emily was great & took us downstairs to check out their beautiful new speakeasy & private event space. I highly recommend & will definitely be back.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful meal here on a Tuesday night. Even with a good amount of people at the restaurant, the service was quick and each of the shareables we ordered came out at the right time (pacing was nice and we weren’t overloaded at our table).
Standouts include the pillow bread, brussels sprouts, and the mushroom sticky rice. The cocktails were great, too!
We go to the Wayne area often and we’re very pleased with this new addition to the neighborhood. The vibes, service, and food are all on point. We’re hoping to come back soon and check out the lounge/speakeasy.

This place looks super cool, love it. We were a group of 8 people for lunch and they accommodated a convenient table for us. The crème brûlée French toast was the best I have ever tried. Our server was nice, although I ordered 2 dishes and only got one. Overall, the place and the food are outstanding. I look forward to coming back.

I visited your restaurant yesterday with friends and truly enjoyed the ambiance and food. However, I want to bring attention to a concerning experience with your drink service that impacted our evening.
Our drink order was incorrect, and when we informed our server, he attempted to verify the issue by tasting my drink with a straw at the table. This was surprising, unhygienic, and made us feel challenged rather than heard. Additionally, the way he questioned us implied we were trying to make an issue rather than simply asking for the correct beverages we ordered.
As a new establishment, positive customer service is just as important as your lovely atmosphere. I hope you are able to use this feedback for staff training and service improvement going forward.

Maison Lotus was spectacular! Came here for my birthday and sat at the bar initially where the bartender was incredibly friendly and the drinks were outstanding. We moved to a table…it was a corner table giving us a view of the entire restaurant, perfect. We had an appetizer of pillow bread, even better than we could have imagined. We then had pho and pad se ew. Delicious! We can’t wait for the next visit.

From appetizer, to the dessert, and service was 5⭐️ For me the highlight would be the crispy Peking duck, sea bass, layer cake, ube tiramisu and espresso martini. They are so good. The ambiance so elegant yet very relaxing. Staff are super nice.

I’m picky about Asian food especially at fusion restaurants, but Maison Lotus nailed it. The pho broth was spot-on, and the mussel appetizer was huge. The ube coconut latte from the café was also amazing, a perfect balance of flavor and caffeine. Can’t wait to come back and try the bar drinks!
