Yesterday, while driving for Uber Eats, I went to Nothing Bundt Cakes to pick up an order. When I walked in, a woman named Emily who I understand may be the store manager was closing out with another employee. She clearly saw me enter and stand at the counter needing assistance, yet she walked away. I stood there for approximately seven minutes before a young man finally came out and asked how he could help. I explained that I was there for a pickup but also wanted to purchase mini cakes. At that exact moment, two white customers walked in, and Emily immediately appeared from behind the counter, eager to assist them. The young man told her that I was waiting, that I had a pickup, and that I intended to make a purchase. Emily responded by saying that “paying customers are the priority.” That statement was shocking, especially considering I had already been waiting and had clearly stated I was also there to make a purchase. Good customer service prioritizes people in the order they arrive not based on assumptions. When I spoke up to clarify this, Emily came over and said she doesn’t know when orders come in and offered me a complimentary water. I declined. By that point, her demeanor had shifted noticeably once she realized I was not who or what she had assumed based on the color of my skin. Her surprise at my professionalism, politeness, and articulation was evident. When I asked for her name, she understood the weight of the moment. I am deeply disappointed to have experienced such dismissive and racially biased treatment. Racism whether subtle or overt has no place in customer service or anywhere else. Women like me take up space in this world, and we deserve the same basic respect, kindness, and service as anyone else when we walk into an establishment.

I never left a bad review in my life. But this one deserved it. Absolutely the worst customer service. This brunette young girl with blue eyes should be retrained or let go if she keeps that attitude. Literally throwing the cakes on the counter. Asked for a bag, she just threw it to me. Didn’t even put the cakes in it, and just stood there and stared down at me while I did it myself in front of her.

Miserable. So much friendlier at the Collegeville location. East swedesford is snobby and if you are brown avoid

LOVE NOTHING BUNDT CAKES!! Their cakes are amazingggg. Saw a sign on their door that was asking for reviews and just knew I had to. For those of you who have never tried, imagine a delicious, moist cake with a frosting that's not the super sweet kind that you wipe off but the yummy one you can't wait to get another bite into. Definitely recommend to those who want an amazing sweet treat. My favorite flavor is the carrot cake. It's so GOOOOOOD.

I came in for a mini gluten free cake for my daughter I ordered (what I thought) was a regular size & a mini GF cake The woman ran them up & pulled out two mini cakes I said “I needed this one in a regular size & touched it with my finger “can I just exchange it for the other GF variety, I will pay the difference “ Was told I “touched it” (with the tip of my finger when I pointed)& it can’t be returned First time in the store & it will be my last Very disappointed

Excellent Bundt cakes with a great selection! I wish the prices were a tiny bit cheaper, but the quality is absolutely there so it’s not the end of the world. All in all this is a great place and I can’t wait to go back!

Loved the lemon so much, I planned on becoming a repeat customer. Unfortunately, when I visited the store today, the salesperson looked out from behind a curtain & chose to ignore me. Fortunately, Aldi has comparable quality and taste lemon pound cake, and cheaper.

Went to the location in Wayne, PA and what a great place, cute shop and service was friendly everything looked good and store was lovely and clean. And I have to say the Bundt cake I had lemon was the most moist, delicious cake ever OMG! My friend had the Key Lime and said best cake she has ever had! Go to this place!!!
Love the Buntlettes here. Perfect size for one to two people.
