The girl at the counter was really nice. The food was kind of bland. We picked it up to-go right at the time given but the fries and chicken fingers were room temperature and tasted like they were made earlier in the day and sitting around a while. The chicken fingers were too dry like they were also made and sat for a while. Do they pre-make certain items to keep on demand or maybe someone ordered it earlier and never picked it up so they gave it to me? I'm not sure why but my kid didn't like it at all. The Brooklyn pizza was undercooked. The dough was cooked through ok but it was pale and floppy when picked up. Brick oven pizza's are supposed to have a little bit blacked crust bubbled areas and a bit of charred spots on the peppers. The ingredients were high quality though for the pizza. Fairly mediocre for over $60. The website made it sound super authentic old school italian place but it was pretty mediocre. Another restaurant with inflated prices but food that doesn't match, as usual with the current economy.

If you are looking for fresh, tasty Italian food, fabulous pizzas, friendly service, BYOB, and vegetarian options, then this is your place. We have been coming here for 20 years and have also catered from Paola’s. We love the food, Paola, and her family. She always makes us and anyone who walks through the door feel welcomed.

Our go-to place for takeout food. Lots more than just pizza, we get the eggplant rolatini, ferro salad, chicken cutlets…and pizza is great too. Eat-in isn’t glamorous but is perfect for kids. We are lucky to have Paola’s in our town.

I could go there just to listen to the guys talk and chirp at each other. And you know the biggest thing that stood out, they knew the names of people as they came in. Friendly as a term doesn't do justice to how they make you feel here. I wanted to plant my face right on the glass as you walk in to get as close as I could to the amazing colors and textures of food on the counter. The Greek salad hits the spot with some of the best feta I've ever had. The cheese steak was my goal though and I knew they were gonna do me right when he threw the whole loaf in the oven before cutting it. The exterior crunch and the interior meld of flavors made this the best cheese steak sandwich I've had in years. Highly highly recommend

Wanted to try a new pizza place so I decided on Paola’s. It is in the heart of Wayne so parking can be a challenge but it isn’t too hard to get somewhat close. Their menu is quite large and the prices are very reasonable. Service was super friendly. They also had a lot of deli salads which looked really yummy. We had their Brooklyn pizza. At $22 for a 16” with several toppings we thought it was a good value. Thin crust with some flop. Good ingredients but the sauce could have used a little more seasonings. Would definitely go back to try some more of their offerings.

Very good food in a causal walk up restaurant with sit down tables. Great pizza and chicken cutlet. Also their secret weapon is their cheesteak. No reason to have to drive downtown Philly for one of these tasty morsels!
Best pizza on the Main Line, no question about it.
Super friendly service, great food and big portions. Awesome place for take out, the dining hall is rather plain and rather functional.
