Hands down their hoagie beat the ones you get at the big local convenience store chain that also sells gas, lol. Hats off to Primo. Old world flavors at their best!

When you're so lazy you can't label the orders you make.

Kevin and Kyle were excellent. I came in the store late one afternoon and asked for a special order which they provided before close that same day. They could have sent me away but followed through with great service and great hoagies. Amazingly friendly and good as their word. Did I already mention they make great hoagies?

Good hoagies, good service. I love this location.

Nice people. Food is great. Sometimes they get the order wrong. Frustrating when that happens by delivery. But generally quick with delivery. Sometimes for no apparent reason, they just don’t deliver. Overall Ardmore, Wayne and Havertown stores are most reliable.

decent hoagies, horrible service from the heavyset fella at the register.

I frequent this location and usually am very happy with my order, but today I ordered two Primo sized meatball sandwiches and each came with only three (3) meatballs, leaving almost a third of the sandwich as just bread. I've had this sandwich before from this location and it came with four (4) meatballs, as also shown on the image on their website, so not really sure what the deal is. Incredibly disappointing for a $14 sandwich. I guess it's back to A Cut Above in Newtown Sq for my lunchtime sandwich fix.

They did a good job with my mild sharp Italian hoagie. The service was first class and friendly.

POV: my name is Cody, and I can’t get a refund on my $35 order that never made it. The manager says, “canceling the order is the best I can do.” Sure thing, sign me up for another hour plus wait on a HOAGIE!
