Sharp Italian hoagie - hard , dry lunch meat was on the hoagie; asked for extra oil but not sure any oil was on it at all - very dry. This is third time this has happened. Three strikes you’re out.

Had to return one roll was absolutely horrible!! Hard as a rock!! Hardly any meat all lettuce who wants that i would have gone to subway!!

Ordered a tray from the Wayne PA location on Super Bowl Sunday. We always order trays from them for parties because of the quality and amount of food. On this day we had a problem with the tray but could not get through by phone (which was understandable but frustrating.). We made do, but the next day I filled out the feedback form on the website. By the next day, I received a very responsive email from the store’s owner, rectifying the situation. His response was greatly appreciated and because of this, we will continue to order from them. Great customer service!

i’ve been a customer Primo‘s open in South Philadelphia. I’m with some family members in King of Prussia and they wanted a good hug and of course I said my family here has been waiting over how much you’re going in two hours in a minute feel a few minutes and of course, the food is top notch but this thing with Uber eats and all that I mean, I’m an older guy. I don’t like it at all and I think it makes the business look bad I mean, what is thank God I don’t have young children here young children you know I’m sorry this is gonna go on Uber eats not you really mean I just want you to know that it’s Service is number one the qualities of the food, but your Uber eats gotta go. I would never let them deliver so I mean I gotta say the truth right everything I said is to choose get rid of Uber eats get rid of DoorDash and have a driver like the old school thanks For let me vent my opinion. Have a great day.

Love primos, but the two women at this location that are working here on lunch have been working at a snails pace, been here since 12:27 it is currently 1:05pm…. There is a crowd of people all sitting at their tables with no food. The women keep walking around the kitchen like it’s their first time there. 2 employees in the back with 12 customers all waiting on food.
