Ordered a tray from the Wayne PA location on Super Bowl Sunday. We always order trays from them for parties because of the quality and amount of food. On this day we had a problem with the tray but could not get through by phone (which was understandable but frustrating.). We made do, but the next day I filled out the feedback form on the website. Kevin and Kyle were excellent. I came in the store late one afternoon and asked for a special order which they provided before close that same day. They could have sent me away but followed through with great service and great hoagies. Amazingly friendly and good as their word. Did I already mention they make great hoagies?
Nice people. Food is great. Sometimes they get the order wrong. Frustrating when that happens by delivery. But generally quick with delivery. Sometimes for no apparent reason, they just don’t deliver. Overall Ardmore, Wayne and Havertown stores are most reliable.
