I like this Chinese restaurant. It has my favorite chicken lomein and egg drop wonton soup, and my family and I been going for years at this Chinese restaurant. It's very clean and fast service and I do recommend this Chinese restaurant and has delivered at my parents house and food fresh and hot and plenty of free parking and the workers are very nice and friendly, and know what they are doing and I'm glad they are still here at the gateway shopping center and very nice restaurant and amazing cook. And very fast delivery service and I give this place 100 stars because it's that great

We came to this restaurant as a big group, ordered 10 dishes. Its “ChongQin Grilled Whole Fish” was a disaster. It was actually a deep-fried small fish, the meat was dry and stiff. There was no service throughout the entire 2+ hour lunch session. Waitress did not come to refill waters, nor change plates. Other than these, it is a traditional Chinese restaurant as we know.

Today me and my family go to this restaurant to have dinner. It was a fantastic experience. The waitress are so nice and patient to explain each dish with us and how is that look like and taste like we love the vibes of the restaurant and the owner are so nice too. We have a really good dinner. We have the chicken with dry pepper. and also, we have the general sauce chicken. They’re all taste really good if you like Chinese food, you should come to this place.

Used to be good, but being ridiculous now. Ordered online and waited for another hour after I got there. They suggested me to look around after I waited for 45min and it was 45F outside.

This is our go-to Chinese restaurant - I consider it to be one of the best traditional Chinese restaurants in this area. Food is always tasty and authentic, and price is reasonable. I haven’t left a review even though we are regular customers for years, and I am shocked to see so many negative reviews. Food is great and fast, the servers are friendly, and the owner often greets customers and tries to have a chitchat with everyone - they definitely deserve a five-star review. I highly recommend Ping Pong! 👍

Why drive into the city when you can great Sichuan food in the suburbs? The Chef does an excellent job with delicious dishes, along with efficient service. Spice level is just right I get the Hot pot chicken/beef, double cooked fish and the appetizers with chili oil. The prices are very reasonable for the high quality. I come in a few times a month.

Great food! Yesterday Had the spicy cucumbers, deep flavor, not too hot. Spicy shrimp, expertly cooked, and house bacon with leeks, mild and rich. Service was fine- I don't understand the cranky comments-order taken quickly, delivered hot. Dining room is large enough that there usually is no waiting.

The first time we went to ping pong was a Friday. The second time was literally the next day. On Sunday, we heated up our leftovers for dinner. This is the best Chinese food around, hands down. Try the cumin lamb, general tso shrimp, garlic cucumbers, and the scallion beef.

Their kitchen takes forever for food. Beware: when ordering if busy ask how long it will take. I ordered once and they said 30 minutes, then when I showed up, they said another 40 minutes. I cancelled my order frustrated and hungry… they seem to be in over their heads and not have a big enough kitchen. I think they just started Uber Eats and can’t handle all the new demand. I went elsewhere. A waste of time.

Their food is ok. I’ve been here many times, mostly for takeout. I recommend the Mapo tofu, sautéed string beans, and dry pot dishes.

The few times we dined in, the restaurant owner had a very poor attitude toward some customers including us. Initially, I thought it was a personality issue, but then I noticed how nice she was to all the white customers on other tables. If you’re neither white nor a regular customer they remember, don’t expect any service - she will act as if you don’t exist, except when taking your order and collecting payment.
