I'm trying to figure out why the rating is so high... I had placed an order for 7 meals totaling $154.55. Out of all of those meals, they did not accommodate any of the modifications that we entered when placing the online order. They did not add anything additional that we paid for, did not substitute where we requested, did not provide extra dressing as entered, and to top it off, they gave a fountain soda instead of a bottled strawberry dragonfruit beverage. If this is how they treat their orders, I don't want to know how they treat the customers.

Very fast and friendly service. The manager was hustling and keeping the team organized during a pretty busy lunch rush and she did so with a smile. Salad was tasty and a nice portion, consistent with past experiences.

I went to this location on Thursday 7/17/2025 and the manager on duty, Virginia, was nothing short of amazing and perfection. I had ordered the Asian Crispy Chicken Salad for lunch online and they forgot my chicken! I couldn't go back at the time, but called the store and they told me I could come in and grab the chicken at my convenience. Well, once I got there, Virginia asked her crew to make me a brand new salad AND let me keep the old one. She basically said they couldn't allow me to leave without a whole new one for the inconvenience of having to go back. Her crew did such a good job on the salad! I will definitely use you guys when I need to order lunch for my organization. Thank you so much Saladworks. Thank you Virginia even more! She's definitely District Manager material!!!

Bad customer service and I’m not sure why meat has to be an extra three dollars for topping when I go to other locations and they don’t charge for me to be any extra money but I understand it King of it’s money $$$ If I get five toppings, why can’t meat be one of the five with no charge
I ordered online, but I also called just to make sure that the order was correct and it was better than correct. Make sure I had the right amount of dressing. The role and each portion of the salad was great.

Such a great experience tonight! Both employees working went out of their way to reassure us they could accommodate a serious food allergy. The service and food went above and beyond my expectations. We will definitely be back. Much gratitude to the employees for making us feel safe trying a new restaurant.

The woman working behind the counter was extremely kind and helpful and we were greeted as soon as we walked in. Salad was great, definitely a bit pricy for what you get is my only complaint.
