Screw this place. Completely unprofessional and unprepared. Made an order TWO WEEKS AGO IN PERSON for my Christmas Eve party of 60 for shucked baby neck clams. They told no problem and will have it ready for pick up on Christmas Eve. I was totally disappointed and furious to find that they "lost" my order and couldn't help me. The place is disgusting inside as well. Waste of a space. O stars if it was an option.

i just got a trout from here got it home tried to fillet it it was soft and routing it smelled not like fish. it smelled like garbage i will not kill my wife . throw it out food poisoning

Crabcakes have almost no crab,mostly bread with odd flavor,same with stuffed shrimp,tiny tough shrimp,almost no clams in chowder and very rubbery

I ate here for the first time a few weekends ago. The food was fresh, the place was clean and the service was friendly. I think the prices were fair, especially since I did not have to cook the food myself. I would return here for seafood!

I usually have a good experience shopping at this store but not today. I decided to make pasta seafood salad for Easter tomorrow. So I stopped in the store this morning and ordered over $30 of cooked shrimp. As I was checking out I asked if I could have/ buy a tiny little soufflé cup of chopped up parsley. The guy behind the counter acted like he didn’t understand. I pointed to the little cup behind the glass, next to some fish. Then he told me the tiny cup of parsley was not for sale. Yet he could give it away had I ordered fish, but not shrimp to add to a recipe. It was so petty I thought he was joking. I just said, forget the shrimp and walked out.

I used to love this place up until recently! I bought Two dozen of cooked blue crabs from this place. The crabs were previously cooked obviously a few days before they sold them or they left them out in the heat because they were spoiled. They smelled awful once I brought them in my house. I will never get anything from this place again.
Hill's Seafood seasons their blue crabs way better because the crab meat tastes better. Seafood USA all the seasoning is on the outside...crab meat tasted bland. Staff was Very Friendly!

Caught a really bad case of food poisoning from here in 2018, I lost about 10 pounds over the course of 2 days of being sick. Could not walk for nearly a week. All I had was a call in order of fried shrimp and fries. Never again.
