So Fun Frozen Yogurt is hands down one of my favorite places to grab a sweet treat! The portions are generous, and the prices are fair for the quality you get.

The staff, especially the employee in the Villanova sweatshirt, is always friendly and keeps the place clean and welcoming. It’s a fun, relaxed environment where you can hang out with friends or family and enjoy a refreshing dessert. I highly recommend stopping by So Fun Frozen Yogurt if you’re looking for a tasty, feel-good treat!

I came in for a craving for frozen yogurt after dinner, I left disgusted! Who approved for health inspection of this place? Perfect haven for infectious disease. The area for toppings had blowing air all over it from a vent. Floors were sticky and dust was everywhere, all over the counters. It doesn’t look like anyone clean this place, let alone the trough of the frozen yogurt machine. I saw gnats. There was no sanitizer in the station set up.

I don’t think a manager exists at this place. If they do, I don’t think they care.

Went here last night for the second time. Drove a good 20 min since my husband likes their yogurt. As another person has mentioned, there were two teenage girls over the counter on their phones giggling didn’t even acknowledge us even though we were the ONLY people in the store. The chairs were all over the place the topping area didn’t seem like it had been cleaned all day. I understand it’s a self serve concept business but the employees should at lease learn to greet people and ask if they can help with anything. I laughed at the tip jar that was on the counter. Tips? For what? It’s a pricey frozen yogurt place to begin with that doesn’t have a pleasant environment with absolutely awful customer service. I definitely will not be returning to this establishment.

The froyo is decent but very overpriced. This place is gross. The floors are never swept when I go in there and the topping station is chaos with toppings thrown all over the place and empty bins of popular toppings.

I Paid $30.54 for 2 cups of yougurtNo where on the receipt of how much it weighed just a total amount. I did not see a price list either. I will not be going back there again.

Terrible employees. 2 probably teenage guys just sitting full on staring at their phones clearly did not care about anything going on. All the toppings were out and when we asked if they had literally anything in the back they said “toppings get delivered on Mondays” since we came on a Sunday evening. Everything was a mess and dirty. Place would be better if there was someone managing kids who definitely don’t care at all.

My daughter went here with her basketball team after winning the playoffs! And she had the best time, it’s so child friendly. She said there were so many toppings to choose from and flavors! And I don’t write many reviews but this one I just had to!!
