So I read all these reviews and thought “no way can the service be that — or at least they will have addressed it by now” so I went to check it out. The place is lovely. Nice vibe inside. And the staff are totally friendly. I ordered a poppyseed bagel toasted with cream cheese and they were very happy to prepare and deliver to my table a nice plain bagel with cream cheese 🤣. Also it was undercooked in my view and certainly compared to what you would get in Montreal....

From the moment I discovered Spread Bagelry, my search for a quick but delicious breakfast spot was complete! They always deliver on quality and warm hospitality.
I placed a short notice catering order for an event I had for the weekend. Not only was it accommodated but it was perfectly timed so that the bagels were fresh when I picked them up. The staff was very kind and helped me carry my order out to my car as well.

This is such a good spot to grab and go or sit down with friends/to work. There’s no better feeling than getting a good coffee and having people greet you by name (Sean in particular always asks me how I’m doing and what’s new!) It’s got classic neighborhood good vibes. Would 10/10 recommend!
