This location is my favorite. The place gets dirty, and I usually have to wipe off the table I sit at, but the friendly staff and fellow community members that i have gotten to know make up for dirty tables. I enjoy the staff at this location, and most of them should be recognized for exceptional service and friendliness.

Parking: Plenty of handicap spots though I find many ignorant people parking in them who are not close to being handicap and much younger than I am. It's sad to see the selfishness in that aspect. I would love to see the parking spots get used by handicap people needing to park as close as possible.

I had a truly unpleasant and meaningless experience. I visit here often. But this is the first time something like this has happened. On July 13th, around 4 o'clock, I ordered two additional cups of coffee and a vanty size ice. The barista didn't like what I ordered, so he didn't answer and just walked away, looking at me with a very annoyed expression. And another employee silently gave me a drink. Her behavior was absolutely terrible. I will never visit this place again.

The staff here are excellent and kind. I mobile order from this store frequently, going out of my way passing another Starbucks, because of the prompt and accurate service.

Got my online order 20 minutes late (all I order was an coldbrew coffee) and other people ordered and got their food before me. I had to show the bariatas my order being late twice. The barista was visibly mad when my brother ordered in person and didn’t give a tip.

What a joke. Starbucks has lost their way. I’m sure they’re making tons of money selling sugar drinks to everybody, but good luck getting a real cup of coffee. I waited 10 mins for a plain coffee while all the people behind me were served their foo foo drinks first. Not to mention it’s a per cup grind and brew system - aka a fancy keurig machine. Shame on Starbucks for selling out on what made them famous in the first place.

I put off giving this place a bad review for some time because it used to be good. It used to be calming, clean, and polite. That said, the past several times I’ve gone over the past few months, I have experienced long waits, incorrect orders, and rude baristas. If they get my order wrong (which is common), they give me a lecture on how I placed it wrong. I’m a regular at Starbucks (not this one, but many others) and I know how to place my order. They get it right at every other store every other time, but they get it wrong here and somehow it’s my fault because I “said it wrong” (I didn’t).

A couple months ago, I asked for non-dairy milk and they gave me dairy milk. I asked them to correct it and they asked “are you lactose intolerant?” as though I’m not allowed non-dairy milk unless I am. They pointed out non-dairy milk is more expensive, and I commented that I ordered it that way and they made a mistake, but I’m okay with paying the difference anyway if it’ll get me what I ordered. This location has generally rude service that will challenge you on what you know you ordered. Every other Starbucks I’ve been to will just apologize and fix it. This Starbucks is rude and unapologetic.

Last time I went (given my experience, I’ll probably never go again), I had an appointment that I was very early for. I was made wait easily 20 minutes and possibly more. I had ordered two drinks. At one point, they gave me one of my drinks, but they never gave me the other. I stood by the counter expectantly. Other Starbucks, at this point, would ask if I was waiting on something. They ignored me here until I made an issue. Turns out, they managed to miss the other drink and only make one of the two. I could have stood there all day and never received the other drink despite the fact that I ordered with the app and knew it was on the receipt. During my time waiting for my second drink, several other customers made the issue of their second drinks also being forgotten. I should mention I ordered ahead and still had to wait at least 10 minutes to even receive my first drink. Again, no apologies for anyone.

The seats are covered in crumbs and bits of paper. Service is rude. They will get your drinks wrong and blame you. To top it all off, the baristas work really slowly and the waits are unforgivable. They also have exclusively paper straws when every other Starbucks I go to has biodegradable plastic, which isn’t ideal, but at least won’t melt in your drink. I hate giving a bad review, but I really have to say something with this one.

They are always on point here, their mobile order game is impeccable and they are a breath of fresh hair from the green hair baristas that complain the mornings are too busy, I mean who would think people would want coffee in the morning?! The nerve!!

Was there just now. What an awful attitude. They don’t keep sugar outside anymore and the attitude to hand it over was so pathetic. Never ever felt so bad about getting coffee. The coffees were kind of thrown at us. I totally agree with all the recent reviews. I live close by. But will never come back again. None of our orders tasted good.

I used to enjoy this location but it went downhill in the past half year, customer service is unfriendly and often hostile, not just toward me but in general, it takes a way the joy of the Starbucks experience, the drinks are of bad quality, I found sharp pieces of coffee beans in my drink couple of times and the quality in general is not as it used to be. In m last visit two wks ago the cappuccino was not even drinkable, I threw it away and promised myself not to give it another chance. Hope they will close down and free out the space for a good coffee place. We deserve better!
