So I went into this starbucks yesterday. I had a really wonderful experience. The gentleman behind the counter was super helpful and went out of his way to make my drink. I had such a good experience the day before.I decided to go back to that same starbucks today.
I walk in there is a young man at the counter and I try to explain to him that yesterday I ordered a large ice latte with praline. I asked if he had any more of this syrup in the back. Now, let me be clear.I know that praline is a christmas flavor.

The young man behind the counter doesn't understand what I'm saying and asks me for a receipt from my purchase yesterday. I told him I didn't have a receipt that they just made my drink.
He says , oh I thought you ordered a drink and it wasn't fulfilled.
I say, okay, let's move past this.Because I've been going back-and-forth with him for a few minutes now.And obviously we are not communicating on the same level.

I tell him , I will have a large ice latte with hazelnut. I pay for the drink and I go to the other end of the counter to wait for my drink. While there I see a young girl making my drink , but it's a small. I try to stop her and tell her I ordered a large not a small. She said this is a grande.. I said yes. I I ordered a venti.

At any other Starbucks in my experience, if a drink is made incorrectly.There's no arguing about it.They just remake the drink. I don't think it would've been that hard to turn it into a large latte..
But now this girl is telling me she's gonna cancel my order.And I can go back up to the front and reorder and pay the difference for the drink.

At this point, I Am done, i say, you know what, let me just get my money back.The manager walks out and she's not much older then these teenagers. I tried to explain the situation from beginning to end.And instead of saying, I'm sorry for the way my employees have been acting.She tries to tell me that praline is a christmas flavor and I shouldn't be asking for praline anyway.

I don't care about the praline.I care about the service. This young man behind her was like , yeah , that's right , yeah , that's right. It's a christmas flavor.
I'm very irritated at the way my experience was today.
To go from such a great experience yesterday with the gentlemen who served me. He had a great attitude.He knew how to communicate and talk to me. He really made my experience special. If i could go in every day and have that same gentleman , I would. I would be there every day at that starbucks. But these kids could not top that experience today or come even close.

Before I left the manager on duty said i'm gonna reach out to so and so and ask him why he was offering praline... which is a 150% The wrong attitude to have. She didn't mention that the cashier was going back-and-forth with me.For about five minutes , not comprehending what I was saying at all. Didn't say anything about the barista , refusing to make my drink correctly. She literally blamed it on the person who did ten times better than they did as a whole.
In my opinion , if you're gonna have three weaker employees , you need to have a strong employee there to keep everything in order.
I don't expect a lot from Starbucks.It's just coffee. But these people were very unprofessional. From the time I walked in to the building , to the time i walked out, took about twenty minutes. At that point I ended up going to work without a coffee and the experience ruined my mood.

my daughter needed to use the bathroom and wouldn’t let her use the bathroom until purchased. And if anyone has a child knows that it isn’t easy to tell them to wait when they really have to go. Policy or not this is why i hate this place all about money.

Consistency of drinks is terrible. Even asking to add ingredients that Im paying for doesnt even make a difference in how the drink should just taste good if made right in the first place but Im tired of wasting my money on drinks that taste like I wouldve been better off having coffee with milk and sugar at

Great Starbucks location. Sometimes it can be slow to get service, but drinks are always made well, they have everything but blonde espresso, and there is a good variety of merch for sale including discounted cups. The staff are always polite and I have no complaints!

kay i love this starbucks and all but DAMN. The workers here need a raise. They be working on new year's eve and they're 16-22 ? And they put up with a lot of rude customers so they deserve more money

The girls here dilute your Americana with plain hot water. They added about 1/3 cup of hot water and ruined the flavor and strength of the coffee. Happened Tue 6/28 around 730pm.
