I'm writing a review about this company..I was hired to work at the Shelby township location .I'm much older then all of the employees I feel because of my age I had a target on my back .please don't support this company by buying their food. They don't support people over the age of 50 to work for them .and they hire employees that are all best friends that is a disvantage for new employees coming in the company to work .I had told the manager at the Shelby township store I didn't really think mean girls and men didn't exist anymore but they are mean girls

I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.

Dia was exceptional! We were warmly greeted upon entering and she was so friendly the entire time! We come here because the service is better than the KOP mall. They're mean and treat you like a problem. The food is always chef’s kiss at this location as well! 🥗

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.

went to sweetgreen Mansfield got 2 bowls the garlic steak and the salmon both were bad the steak was so tough I couldn't get a metal fork with sharpened tines into the chunks the wild rice was not cooked properly cucumbers were super bitter the salmon was so over cooked it was hard avocados were very under ripe again the white rice was under cooked it was crunchy I won't be going back the service was good and the staff was pleasant

My favorite branch. This location makes the best tofu! It’s crispy & well seasoned. I love coming here. No matter where I am I prefer to order from here than the other locations. Unless it’s KOP because their tofu is great too.

As always- the food is delicious and prepared with fresh ingredients. Also as always, Service with a smile:) no one can tell me this isn’t the best tasting and healthiest ‘fast food’ that you can get!!! The only thing I could say they could do a little bit better is keep the dining room area a little more cleaned up.
