Yesterday was my first time here. Then I went back today for dinner. Everyone there is professional and the atmosphere is friendly as of I had been coming for years. I'll update in the future!

Last night I went to Teresa’s for my friend’s birthday dinner, and I was very disappointed. Not only did we receive bad service, we were also shown a complete lack of respect. Our appetizers arrived almost an hour after we ordered them, which I understand it can be busy, but our waitress didn’t mention a word about it. Then when our food arrived at 7:30 (we ordered at 6:10), she also did not apologize or mention anything about our hour and half wait. My friend asked for ketchup and she did not get it until her fries were already cold, and again the waitress did not mention this or apologize. We then asked for the birthday cake to be brought out (after having to wave her down, she didn’t come to check on us or ask if we needed anything) and it was another 20 minutes until we saw her again. She brought out the cake but no plates or forks, and we were left alone for another 5-10 minutes. She was nowhere to be found so I got forks for my friends from a bin behind us and we were going to eat off of napkins (at this point it was 820 on a Sunday - our reservation was at 6.) It was then that the manager approached our table and spoke extremely condescendingly towards me and my group of friends. He spoke to me as if I was stupid, I’m not, and told me that they don’t let customers cut the cake and he took the cake away from us. I said we hadn’t received plates or forks and he said in a very rude tone that he “thinks they’re probably coming.” If you see your customers having to get up for their own silverware after being neglected by their waitress, why would you immediately come to me and accuse me? And I know we received this treatment because we are teenagers.To this man, I would like to say: I know if I was an adult you would not have spoken to me this way. Why do you pick and choose who you show respect to? I’m sure you will be fine at Teresa’s if you’re a group of adults, but if you are not, you won’t be treated with respect.

I paid 30 dollars for gnocchi from here on doordash which is advertised to serve 2 people. Me and my roommate got it to share and we don’t really eat that much, but even we agreed that the portion was wayyy too small. It was not even enough gnocchi for one person to be honest. I am very upset because I paid a lot of money for like 10 pieces of pasta.

Silence at the table? That's a good sign at Teresa's Cafe! My party of three enjoyed a relaxed and delicious meal. My burger had chewing in silence, while the steak and salad reports were equally rave. This cafe knows comfort food - fresh, flavorful, and silencing conversation in the best way possible. Definitely recommend!
