The Happy Mixer Gluten Free Bakery

I wanted to leave a review to both rave about your fantastic baked goods and to thank you. My Mom suffered with gluten intolerance and then celiacs. This took away her ability to enjoy some of her favorite foods. We tried to find substitutes at the local grocery stores but nothing really took the place of her favorite baked goods. Finding you was a miracle! She loved your cookies, bread and Pumpkin Pie!! She looked forward to me bringing home her favorites and surprises like your pretzels and cinnamon buns each week. She just passed away a couple weeks ago but the memories of her enjoying your delicious treats will give me a smile every time I think about those times. Thank you for what you do to bring delicious baked goods to those with gluten intolerance.

Having twin nieces who have dairy, soy and nut allergies between them, birthdays can be tricky. The Happy Mixer is very allergy friendly and made us two beautiful delicious cakes that both girls could enjoy together and they loved them. We highly recommend them for anyone with food allergies/sensitivities.

We were thrilled to have desserts from Happy Mixer at our wedding of 150+ guests. I have celiac disease and there were numerous others at our weddings that were gluten free. Katie and Tara were very responsive in providing their recommendations on assorted desserts, amount to order and pick up day/time. We ordered a mix of vegan and regular cookies, vegan and regular brownies, kiffles, and donuts. People really liked all the baked goodies for dessert and it fit well with the vibe of our wedding.

I requested a Bluey cake for my son’s 5th birthday. I sent some pictures and the cake came out EXACTLY how I wanted. The cake was a hit and everyone was asking where it was from. We chose vanilla sponge with strawberry jam. It was so so good! Thank you to the team who made my son’s 5th birthday even more special!

These vegan cinnamon ? rolls was straight fire!!! A must warm up, heat and enjoy type of deal. Make sure you make your way to try all the other vegan options available ?

Ordered a custom decorated GF/DF cake over email and it turned out perfectly! Great tasting and great customer service! (Vanilla frosting, raspberry filling, chocolate & vanilla layered cake)

Very sweet and wonderful little bakery. Tons of options many of which were gluten and soy free. I got tried all three kiffle (little jam filled pie crust pockets) flavors and they were wonderful. Will happily be returning!

Found this place by happy accident while picking up coffee from a big name place nearby. Oh. My. Goodness. Counter staff was just lovely. Excellent selection of gluten free, soy free, and vegan options. Was able to surprise my friends with breakfast. I don’t live nearby but if I did I would return. Writing this as I finish the lemon loaf for dessert :)

Everything is gluten free. They usually always have vegan bagels, cookies, cupcakes, etc. and everything is clearly marked vegan. You can custom order vegan cakes as well which is always my go to for birthdays as I am both vegan and gluten free. They sometimes offer soft pretzels and cinnamon rolls (vegan option) that you have to pre order but I highly recommend!! They are also reasonably priced compared to other GF bakeries which is a huge plus. Only con would be that a lot of options are not vegan as well. Still highly recommend!
