I am not sure what kind of witchcraft goes on in that kitchen! The gluten-free options are phenomenal. Everything I had was moist, fresh, and flavorful. I got a variety of pastries, donuts, and mini loaves. It’s very hard to tell that these are gluten-free based on texture and density. I would highly recommend. I cannot wait to come back.

Crystal clear about ingredients, soft delicious bread, gluten dairy and egg free bagels, some vegan options, lots of sweets, cakes to order. Fantastic service, wish i lived in the area, i would have been a regular.

I was diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2017 but did not know about this bakery until my sister in law bought me a birthday cake for my 50 th birthday. I could have cried it was so good!!! My niece who also has celiac disease often gets the pretzels and picks me up some they are amazing! Thank you Happy Mixer!
