The food is always consistently excellent here, and the menu has such wonderful, varied choices you can't go wrong. Friendly, efficient service. Yes, it's a little noisy, but all the above make it worth it 👏🏻
I have dined here so many times and have always enjoyed my food. This time however I was very disappointed. I ordered the eggs Benedict and wanted to send it back but I had to wait almost 5 minutes longer for my food than the rest of table. The hollandaise sauce was so thin and runny, the same with the eggs including the white part of the egg. It made the very thin English muffin so soggy. Baked Brie and apples was delicious. Coq au vin was flavorful but needed some color on the plate. The fingerling potatoes were just meh. Restaurant was very busy and Service was friendly but slightly inattentive due to the ratio of diners to servers. Food took a long time to come out. I didn't mind because I was with friends and enjoyed the time together but all in we were there for nearly 3 hours and didn't include dessert.
