Overpriced ice cream and milkshakes. I was overcharged for a cone I did not ask for! Also there is a credit card fee which no one informed me of.

ICE CREAM CAKE!!! After searching for years for an ice cream birthday cake and always being disappointed by their appearance and taste, the ice cake from Sugary was the hit of the party. It was truly amazing!! With ten cakes and pies and other deserts to choose from, everyone raved about the Sugary ice cream cake.

LOVE LOVE LOVE. Found this on our trip to Devon 2 years ago, counted down the minutes until we came back. Matcha ice cream is a personal fave, still have yet to see it anywhere else. Any flavor under the sun! Chocolate waffle cone… need I say more?

Place claims it’s accessible but the elevator is inaccessible unless someone who is able bodied rides it up to let you in a locked alley way door. Once you get downstairs there is a deep freezer and ice cream machine blocking the entrance so a power wheelchair couldn’t fit. Ruined the whole experience. Staff were no help finding the elevator so I had to call property management to get help.

We’re regulars at Sugaree and love the ice cream, but had an unpleasant server experience. Policy of closing milkshakes down 15 minutes before closing is not posted (should be), server made one milkshake for one member of our group and unapologetically refused to make milkshake for other two.
