This message is for the owner or whoever has any interest to make this place work and thrive. Unless the staff if related to you or you owe them anything (even then), change it. Specially the girl who was banging the washed metal utensils as if she hates to be there. It’s a god damn cafe, the least people expect is some smiling faces, who care about the customers. Hope this message gets to you. You have 2 more locations with ratings of 4.6. High time you realize why is this location sitting at 3.7. Thanks and good luck.

This place is the WORST! The coffee machine was broken but the owner kept taking orders and wouldn’t give refunds when she finally admitted to not being able to serve it. Food is awful as well.

Not a fan of the store in Wayne. If you’re a fan of the Honey Lavender Macchiato, I suggest going to the Haverford location. They do a much better job with their coffee drinks.

Family, and its big one, was off upgrading phones nearby. The hunger hit me, and I had two young children under my ward. The bakery caught my eye, and we headed over for a quick bite and distraction. Kids had a blast choosing their treat from all of the beautiful pastries and I was equally challenged. Faced by decision paralysis, I selected two items--a savory spinach and feta pastry and a yuzu-flavored pastry. Spinach one was ok, but didn't taste feta and it was unnecessarily on the sweet end of the spectrum as if has been lightly glazed with honey. Yuzu one was great as I love all things citrus. I washed them down with Mexican coke--few sodas compare to real cane sugar in a glass bottle. Everyone enjoyed their food and we had a nice little break from the lengthy phone upgrade process.

My first experience with this bakery was in its origin country (S. Korea) late 2023/early 2024 while visiting for three months. Different ambiance, but many of the items are pretty much the same. You can add calories real fast, but most of the goods remind me of the store I went to in SKR. The owners are very accommodating and welcoming (per my short experience). It is a cozy place with limited number of tables - I go there to work on my PC and grab a tea + apple turnover. If you like/love sweets and savory goods this place won't let you down.

One of my fav item at gateway mall location is curry croquette , unfortunately on Labor Day 9/2 bought one and it was stale with oil dripping from the plastic bag in which they pack it. It was hard and very bad. Looks like the quality is degrading . Had same experience with green tea cream cake slice I bought last week it was stale . They do not bake fresh.
2 times in row I got stale items. I usually give 3 tries so one last try in coming weeks before I quit going to this location

Ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday and requested to have it say "happy birthday Olivia. Got the cake without "happy birthday" written on it. They took the cake back. 15 minutes later I got the cake and it said "I love you, happy birthday" I ask for it to be corrected again. Waited another 30 minutes and had the writing correct but was on the side of the cake, not centered.

Didn't get the cake my 3 old wanted bc they let me know the day before they won't have it, when I ordered it earlier in the week. I don't care if there's a shortage. You're supposed to let your customers know that so you don't ruin special occasions, then I would have chosen another cake or baker.

This was my first time at this Location in Wayne PA, I walked into the cafe with my grandson only to be greeted by two stoned-faced females behind the counter. As an African American woman, I immediately felt the racial tension accompanied by the silence. I stood at the counter and neither of the ladies asked if they could help me, I immediately turned and walked out of the cafe, and as I was walking, I looked back and noticed the two ladies were talking amongst themselves and laughing while looking at me. This was my first and last visit to his place, I refused to spend my hard-earned money where I was not welcome.

They used to be so good, but now the baked goods are hit or miss. Also, if you come around opening, they have barely any baked goods out for sale? Really liked the mango donut when it first came out early this summer, but now it's so dry with not even a mouthful of cream?

Used to come so often and buy so many goodies, but now...

It is one of my favorite bakeries and pastry shops that I visited recently. My friend took me to this place. And it's definitely impressive with the collection of croissants, cakes, and pastry options. The store looks fantastic in and out and maintained well, super clean, and it gives you a nice environment to sit and relax. My friends ordered coffee, and I got spinach feta Danish. And everything came right on time. The service is fantastic and the staff is friendly. The Danish tasted great and will try this place again. They have a shared parking lot and a lot of good stores in that strip mall.

Avoid if you want good coffee.

cold brew latte 0/10 its just cold coffee (brewed hot and let cool, NOT cold brew coffee) with whole milk from the store jug and swirled by hand. Charged $5 but should be $2 because it is identical to fast food coffee with milk poured in. This is NOT a latte and did not use cold brewed coffee. The flavor is completely mild like drinking water and having someone shout “coffee” in the next room.

Yuzu pie 3/10 fluffy but dry and has a hint of dawn dish soap
