I go the Wayne Pa location 2 times a month and everyone is friendly nothing to write home about except for tonight 10/31/2024 my server I believe was Keke she was so amazing,knowledgeable and very nice. I will come there more often because of her she's a asset to your company

After working a 12 hour shift I decided to place an order on the app for pick up. As I type this review I’m sitting in my car furious because the cafe is locked and no one here. My order was supposed to be picked up at 9am, it’s now 9:30am. No food, no one in the store but they have my money! Never again.

The island detox smoothie was perfect yesterday but today, there was sugar added to it even though the ingredients don’t include sugar. So, please add a notes section in the app to add specific instructions for the smoothie. Adding sugar to a detox drink is pointless!

First time trying to go to this location. Late Saturday morning, placed a mobile order, it was confirmed and took my money. Drove the 15 minutes there, they're closed. Can't cancel the order, so I'm out my money and my time. Not a great first impression. If you're not going to be open at prime time on a weekend, is it too much to ask to turn off online ordering?
edit: I did get refunded after submitting a web form, so I hope this was just an unlucky fluke. I will be hesitant to trust ordering via mobile from them in the future though.

I placed an order online that was not accurate. I ordered a mixed berry bowl, when I got back to work and checked my order, turns out I received a Chia Oatmeal Pudding bowl. That bowl includes banana. I am allergic to banana. I tried to call the store but no one answers the phone. The number goes to a generic voicemail box. There is no contact info other than a phone number that goes straight to voicemail. Thanks for nothing.

This is my first time going there. I wouldn't ever go there again. I went there this morning and was flabbergasted by the service. The employees look miserable and are not smiling or showing any interest in being there. Not only that, but they were very short staffed. They took a long time to make my smoothie, like how hard is it to make a smoothie. DONT GO THERE, WROST ESTABLISHMENT TO EVER EXIST.

This is directed to tropical management.I talked to the workers on multiple occasions and I heard that the manager, Karen, was a terrible HR and wasn’t treating any of the incredible employees which provided a great service to me that day properly. so although I received great service I am putting a one star review due to the horrors I heard about the terrible HR team. Please fix this tropical.
