Although the staff knew we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, we were initially seated in the middle of a dining room, and near a table with a crying toddler. We had to ask two staff members to reseat us in a more suitable location before that happened. We appreciated the complimentary glasses of champagne. The food (rolls, mushroom soup, bucatini etc.) was all delicious, but the restaurant is not ideal for a romantic dinner . The clientele is underdressed for a nice dinner...
I always have a superb experience at White Dog Cafe. I reunited with an old friend for a three-hour lunch yesterday, and it could not have been nicer! The waitress was superb! The food is always excellent. We were not rushed at all. It was fabulous!
Lunch at White Dog is something we look forward to every time we visit Villanova. The Tuna appetizer and the Harvest salad were wonderful! Love the whimsical Dog decor! Service was very attentive. Thank you!
