On March 25, 2025, I ordered takeout from this restaurant, specifically the Tex-Mex Shrimp Bowl, with a request to remove the chimichurri sauce. However, when I got home, I discovered that the meal was covered in chimichurri sauce and the shrimp were ice cold.

I attempted to call the restaurant multiple times but was unable to get through. Since I live far away, returning to the restaurant wasn’t a practical option. Unfortunately, my wife, who originally ordered the meal, couldn’t eat it due to the spiciness of the chimichurri sauce, so we had to switch meals.

Dining out or ordering takeout isn’t cheap these days, and we were looking forward to an enjoyable evening. Instead, the mistake turned what should have been a relaxing meal into a frustrating experience.

I understand that mistakes happen, and I take responsibility for not checking the order before leaving. However, I wanted to bring this to the restaurants attention in case there’s a way to improve order accuracy in the future.

Ordered a fried chicken tender salad. The salad was as the size of a side salad and the chicken tasted horrible. Tasted like they fried it in old grease. Told the waitress about it and she offered nothing. Not to change it out or to get a different meal. The breadstick that came with it was good though.

I've tried giving this place a number of tries over the years but it never gets better. Last visit took almost 20 minutes to get the appetizers, and we didn't get all of it. The food we received wasn't hot. Seasoning wasn't good. And it wasn't busy at all. The server was nice I will give them at least that.

I hadn't been to an Applebee's in ages. I was beyond impressed with the service and the meal. Not only that, it was so affordable that it's had me coming back just about every week!

We dined in at Applebees’s Friday night, and Rj was our server and he made out experience worth while. Our trip to Applebees was very medicinal curing our bodies from our long work week. We were able to head into the weekend with plenty of delight because the food was delicious the service was quick and welcoming. Thank you Applebees’s
