The Original Arturo's Pizzeria

Ordered a large stromboli I my as ordered a small steak sub and cheese bread it would have been cheaper I've been ordering from them for years tonight sucked if you want a good sub go to Rocky's in thurmont it cheaper and you get a sud or stromboli though my menu out would not recommend it sucks

We ordered subs from here because they offered a gluten free option. The subs were good and we will be ordering from them again. Not many places around us offer gluten free bread.

After a long day six of us stopped in. We ordered our drinks and waited, and waited. When the drinks did come the waiter disappeared. After a few minutes he came back and took our order two pizza's. After 40 minutes our drinks were empty and no pizzas. So my 5yr old who was starving and husband went to the salad bar. Out of nowhere a waitress (Ellie) comes to me at the table and asks if I ordered the salad bar? I sent her to talk to my husband, which she did only to say he needed to pay for the salad bar. He told her that was fine that some of us needed to eat that we had been waiting for to long. She ran to the counter to make it be known she was adding the salad bar to our bill. Meanwhile still no pizzas, or drink refills. Now 55 minutes later pizza's arrive to the table, we had to ask for refills. So now we're happily eating, and here comes that other waitress (Ellie). With a bad attitude she asks if we have a problem? I had to ask her to repeat herself! Then I asked her for the manager, and that's when she informed me she was the manager. At that point I had to let her (Ellie) know her attitude was horrible and my husband let her know that waiting 55 minutes for 2 pizza's and being treated like criminals for going to the salad bar was poor customer service. She proceeded to tell us that the waiter was her 16yr old brother who was new and she couldn't help bc she was also the delivery driver. At this point our meal was ruined. We asked for boxes. Now a boy who looked about 10 gave us boxes at the counter as we carried our trays of pizzas up, paid an 80.00 bill then had to box our own pizza. The manager (Ellie) disappeared, and no one said a word as we walked out after being harassed. The pizza was excellent

I moved from New jersey and was excited to find this place to get amazing Italian food. Been coming here for over 3 years.The service is getting absolutely horrible each time i go there. The last 3 times 2 times horrible experience while the place was empty. The first time waited over a hour for my food. They compted me my whole order and today we waited over a half and hour for my food. I ordered chicken parm dinner and they didn't make the chicken parm only the pasta. The manager or owner never comes out to apologize or talk to you. The reason the first time I got compted the whole meal is because I was was walking out after the 4th time the waitress told me they were working on it. The manager or owner yelled to me he was not charging. Today nobody said anything to me. Sad thing is we love the food but can't handle the disrespect, lack of accountability, and the lack of care for the customers.

2nd visit where service and food was not as expected. Server would get talking at counter and forget to bring drinks or return to take order. After the order was taken it was a long wait and it wasn’t until I caught the eye of the server that they brought the food. Ordered large Stromboli. Looked great, they cut it into 4 pieces. 2 pieces only had cheese, 1 piece had a slice of lunch meat ham in it, and the last piece had 1 piece of lunch meat ham and a few pepperoni in it. Your team can do better than this.

I ordered from Arturo's Pizza for over 6 years and I have enjoyed great food, the best around for sure. The owner and his family have been so nice to me over the years and I thank them so much. 5 STARS 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Have been a customer of Arturos for 20 years. Ownership has changed a few times but not the pizza. Love their service and selections. They are a little short on staff so be patient and kind. 100% recommend!

Steak n cheese was great

Arturo's in Zullinger has been knocking it out of the park lately. We've tried a lot of different items and it's great every time. Taco salad, subs, wraps, and stromboli are on our list of favorites. Delivery times are great and dining in has been a pleasant experience when the mood hits. We also had them cater our wedding rehearsal dinner and the quality, delivery time, and price were all on point.

Great quality, fast, fresh, hot, tasty, the menu has an item for everyone in the family l.
