Absolutely horrible service got my food got back to work was missing the cookies i paid for and my sauce so i drove alll the way back over and went in and they gave me what i was missing i mentioned that my food was now cold but they did not care nor did they offer me any sort of compensation for my inconvenience and there screw up and lack of ability to do there job mind you they where not busy at the time i was the only one in the drive through and there was possibly 3 customers inside

The food was like Burger King foot lettuce like they rub the lettuce on the ground and used it to clean the floors it was so cold my cheese wasn’t even melted cheese burger had nothing but mustard on that you couldn’t see the burger and it looks like they haven’t paid the electric bill with so few lights on maybe that’s just so you can’t see what your eating overall terrible

The bathrooms didn't have any soap. They weren't just out. There was no soap dispenser at all. I got out of there quickly.

This is the worst burger King I've ever been to. Ordered two milk shakes through the drive thru, they both were messy and were barely mixed. Was basically just two cups of ice cream. The staff were inside just laughing and joking around while I waited for almost 10 minutes when there were no other cars and from what I could see no one else inside. I'll never visit this burger King again, I'd recommend you don't either.

I used the drive through for a original chicken sandwich meal. I could hardly hear the guy taking the order. Then I get to the window and paid with my debit card. He handed me my food and then ask if I had a drink. I told him Dr Pepper. He handed me my drink and shut the window, no straw and NEVER gave me my card back. I went to knock on the window when another employee pointed to me. He gave me my card through a barely open window and never said a word. He then shut the window, turned his back and walked away from me. No straw. My fries were cold and the lettuce on my sandwich was brown. I won't be back

Just wish for once they would get a take out order or Door Dash order right. Order a large Burger King meal they give you a small. Order a Sprite they give you a Coke. The workers don’t read or make order right and seal the bag and hand it to the Door Dash driver. This has happened the last three times we ordered. Right order receipt
on bag wrong food and drinks in bag.

Went there one evening to get a bacon cheeseburger only lettuce and tomato, no one was there, customer wise so I thought but apparently everyone from the drive through was told to pull around to the the door and wait. Not only did I have to wait which would not have been a big deal but when I got my food it was cold. Won't be going back.

An employee had their child at work with them. She was not focused on her job. Wanted 10 minutes before someone came and took our order. Waited another 15 minutes to get our food. When there were no customers all 4 employees went to the back no one watching front lobby and there were customers eating in the lobby. I do not recommend this store unless you want to wait over 30 minutes or more to receive service or listen to an employee get upset with their child for running around in the lobby.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR FULL CORRECT ORDER! Every time I come to this location my order is wrong or missing stuff. Started off missing sauces (which you have to individually pay for) but that’s completely forgivable. But now when I order I’m missing entire sandwichs! Money doesn’t grow on trees and I no longer will be wasting mine on this location!

I wasn't very pleased with the staff there. I waited 25 minutes for my food. I noticed that the staff was too busy doing other things. Every time I have placed order I had to wait. I have not been back to this location and I do not plan on visiting this store again.
