This has been our go to Chinese in Waynesboro but seems time has changed the quality and amount one gets for the price. Carried out two dishes this past Saturday and was surprised when I got the dishes home to find out both containers were about half full. Quality also seems to have suffered as both dishes had scant protein in either. Seems shrinkflation may have hit this restaurant. Not sure if it is under different management and if so, they may need to do some soul searching.

The staff are super friendly and the restaurant is kept very clean; you can see the kitchen is nice and tidy. The food is okay though, and there aren't many great American-Chinese restaurants in Waynesboro that I would recommend. I think things are bland to meet older American palettes' needs. It just lacks flavor more often than not.
Vegetarian options: You can omit animal proteins and I believe they had tofu options.

I ordered take out. Food prices are comparible to China Kings' but they only fill their take out containers 3/4 where China King packs theirs full as they possibly can get it in them which is nice since your paying for a full container. Food quality and taste was good and staff was nice.
