My husband and I got two cookie dough blizzards and I have a nut allergy. When we received them, they were put in a bag and when I reached in to distribute them and eat, found that the cups were covered in chocolate sauce and sprinkles (two things that DONT come with our blizzards). We ended up throwing them away because we don’t trust that anything was cleaned or prepared with my allergy in mind with how messy they were given to us. They also gave us two whole napkins that were also covered in chocolate.

Blonde girl working the front counter has blank stare and doesn’t even speak when you approach the counter. Disorganized and then after 10 minutes gave my order to the wrong family. Myself and the family approached the counter to clarify and they then received their correct order. I waited another 15 minutes after explaining to the same girl with no expression what my order was, 2 mini blizzards while staff argued and took another 15 minutes to correct.

Three of us ordered the $7 value meal. We were asked if we wanted a small blizzard instead of the ice cream sundae. We all said yes. After getting our food we realized that we were charged $2 more each for the Blizzard. This should have been told to us when asking if we wanted the Blizzard.

Generally, the food is excellent. Often, the kid staff are rude, uninterested in their job duties and certainly lack even the most basic customer service skills. Lately, they've been forgetting to add the requested sauces when ordering chicken tenders. It's a good restaurant often failed by the lazy and childish staff.
Ordered two cheeseburgers plain... Got home and literally had all toppings on it including the ones I am allergic to which is why I ordered them plain.

There was only 2 staff. 1 didn’t know how to put the kids side in for the order & the other staff stated just remember it and left her. They were out of the sides in the end and when asked for help to see if we could just get the two hot dogs instead of paying for whole kids meals since we couldn’t get the sides both kids due to only having 1 -applesauce left, and we didn’t want the kids having ice cream… We asked to just do 2 hotdogs which she said she couldn’t figure out the cost and left us to decide to just pay for 2 kids meals. Which the kids never ate the sides because the only other options that’s healthy was out. The adults food:both sandwiches both were made incorrectly. The condiments were out. The two bottles of water we asked for they were out of as well which we had to remind her that we had 2 adult drinks ontop of the two kids drinks that she forgot. Instead of giving us one they kept the charge for two drinks though it was just a cup of water. My partner was to frustrated the last lunch place didn’t take our order so we came here instead and we just wanted lunch…he said don’t say anything because nobody wants to argue we all want to be respectful but the staff did not care. Truly disappointed.

I would like to inform you of my experience last night at your establishment. I had my whole baseball team show up last night a little after 8pm everyone working there wanted to make us leave because they said the lobby was closed (online says open until 9pm) but your one employee Noah was willing to help this baseball team get some ice cream. But whole time we could hear the other employee complaining the whole time until I said something. I put 20$ in the tip cup and I personally gave Noah 20$ for a tip. I'm so grateful that you have a wonderful employee (Noah). He is hard worker and has a heart of gold.

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is run by a bunch of 15 year olds and one of them wwas literally scratching her dirty head while holding my food. This place is a joke. Do not waste your money here
