PROCEED WITH CAUTION !!!!! before ordering a medium iced coffee. They gave me one with ICE filled to the top. I thought nothing of it the time as I drove away, however I successfully managed to enjoy THREE, and I kid you not, THREE sips. I could have drove back and run my mouth, but I was too frustrated.

Could this locations employees start caring about presentation? Part of my mobile order was 2 toasted coconut donuts and one Boston creme donut. I requested the Boston creme donut be seperate from the others. Request was granted. At the drive thru I was given two toasted coconuts in a small box and the boston creme in a bag. Super! After driving away I realized the Boston creme was clearly dropped into the bag frosting side down. If you do not enjoy your job then quit. and go find a job where common sense, kindness and customer service is not required.

6/2/24. I ordered two decaf coffees this morning. At best it tastes like VERY WEAK COFFEE. Honestly, I think it tastes more like dirty dishwater. How is this location so inconsistent??

I grabbed 2 dozen mixed donuts on my way to a Mother's Day party. When we got there we realized they gave us a whole dozen of plain. Who wants that? Well they closed at 9 but when I called the store they told me to come back the next day with my receipt. Not only did they refund my money but they gave me a free 1/2 dozen. The staff was very friendly and understanding. People make mistakes and that's ok, I'm just glad they made things right.

Fast friendly service today , I thought her name tag said Amanda, the top of my receipt says zayla so I’m not sure but she was awesome
They know me, and my order so well that when I pull up to the drive thru, I'm asked if I want my usual.If that doesn't tell you how much I enjoy this particular Dunkin, I don't know what will lol

The past two times I've went into this Dunkin' location my cashier was Milly and she was extremely unpleasant and rude. Rolled her eyes at me multiple times and threw my donuts into the box then shoved them at me. Not a very pleasant experience.

I hate this place's entrance with a burning passion. It's right after a stop light. Like could you not have made the entrance the exit and the exit the entrance so there isn't someone almost always trying to cause a wreck by slamming on the brakes for the wicked right hand turn in? Avoiding just out of spite and I've always found Dunkin coffee watery.
