The chicken dinner was disgusting. It tastes like it was cooked in sour oil I paid $11 for what ? A one biscuit because everything else was horrible. I will not buy again. This is the second time this has happened and I will never buy chicken at this KFC again everything was thrown in the trash. This is the worst chicken I have ever tasted I will never buy again and I feel I should get a total refund

Now I called in three times to get through when I finally got through and I explained to this lady like they didn’t put biscuits in my meal. This lady sat and argued on the phone with me and said she put biscuits in my food when I literally poured the meal out on the table All the chicken because she said it was in the chicken box poured it out on the table. there’s no biscuits in my meal no biscuits at all then she proceeded to argue with me on the phone and then she hung the phone up for me. I do not recommend this KFC to nobody because if you’re doing that as customer Service Bro, you got a problem because at the end of the day the customer is always right.

Okay bro so I got the 2 chicken piece combo with the mashed potatoes and biscuit and for a while I haven't really been into the KFC but this time it HITTT and it's because I used their hot sauce and honey and oh my gawddd it was BUSSIN. I HIGHLY recommend my order.

I just want to say hands down best KFC. Every time I come here I know I get the fresest food I always get the number 1 or number 2 and it's always so fresh and juicy. Keep all the good work you guys are awesome.
Needed to go back to the counter for plates and gravy. The chicken could've been cooked more. There was no one automatically at the counter, we waited until someone came over. It was a good deal for the food and it was tasty. We ended up w everything we asked for. We were cold in the dining room but it was clean.

We got the chicken tenders the other and they were quite delicious! Is there a new recipe? Nice and crunchy and the chicken tasted like actual chicken. I was impressed. I wish they offered sweet n sour sauce, though. Just my preferred dip. The fries are good too!
Got my son a kids meal, they forgot the ranch dressing we ordered and no "kids prize" in the bag. So I go back inside and I of course get the ranch then they tell me that they haven't had "kids prizes" for "a long time" but yet it's still on the menu. So then I have to explain to my child that even though we selected it on the kiosk, he's not getting it. If your not going to have kids items then take it off your menu so kids don't see it.

I got a spicy chicken sandwich and noticed the edges were rock hard, after taking off all the hard pieces of chicken that were completely inedible i was left with half a sandwich. Here is a photo of the chicken i couldnt eat. I have no clue how on earth chicken would get rock hard but here we are. They dont offer refunds so no point in going back.

This was GREAT. I've had various different run-ins with KFC, and in the past a lot was messed up, but today, ohhhhhh. Today was good. We got 4 Dr. Peppers, and 2 $20 Fillup Boxes, and it was great. 👍🏼
