It's been 20 minutes and I still don't have my sandwich.

I havent been there for almost a year because of how bad the food was. Decided to get 2 mashed Potatoe bowls today for my son and I. Asked for extra gravy and paid $1.00 extra for them. Get home and its Only Half filled containers, No extra Gravy at all, Dont see any cheese, there is a good bit of corn and Only 2 lousy pieces of popcorn chicken. I reported them the last time and Corporate told me they were going to follow through with it and then they emailed me and said they were sending me a certificate because they were so sorry. WELL I never heard anything back from them and never received anything. This place needs seriously Shut down

The store manager Brenda definitely shouldn't be a manager there always outside smoking with all the employees never washes her hands when she comes back in and always has a attitude problem if you hate your job that much maybe you should quit

Well, KFC, what changes did you do to your really good food. I used to have KFC every week, now that rarely if ever happens. The mashed potatoes taste like kindergarten paste, the chicken was overcooked and the restaurant wasn't that clean. I am sad coz I used to love the chicken and potatoes!

Absolute TRASH!! Don’t even waste your money. Spend the little more at AC&T. I had a mobile order pick up and went through the drive through to pick it up. Got home and my wedges were so old I couldn’t even eat them. Like trying to eat glass they were so hard. Tenders were also old. I love kfc when it’s hot, maybe even an hour or 2 old but that was HOURS old and dried up. I will never eat here again. 40 dollars wasted. 4 dollars for something I couldn’t even eat. I bet the employees aren’t eating what they feed us though.

Chicken still had feathers on it. We ordered extra crispy and got original none of the sides were even half full. I spoke to manager and she was yelling, extremely rude and said they don't thats how much goes in the containers. I asked someone else for honey mustard and she screamed make sure shes pays for that. I just spent $50 I couldn't get 2 honey mustard. This is the 3rd time I've gone there and had an issue with this same manager. This KFC is on my way home and my son's and my disabled husband enjoys this treat from time to time. Unfortunately moving forward we won't visit this location again.

I’m usually not one to review fast food restaurants but I felt compelled. I’ve stopped at this location during my work travels about three times over the last few weeks and had exceptional service and piping hot food every time, all while being served by different employees.

We visited the Waynesboro Pennsylvania location. We heard the lady tell the car in front of us they were out of chicken. So knowing this we chose something else. The chicken sliders no pickles meal. Honestly I was in a very pleasant mood upon visiting your location but how rude your manager on duty spoke to my fiance while ordering was crazy. I am a bartender that has worked for corporate companys for 20+ years. The manager on duty was Kayla, if you dont like your job or you are miserable don't ruin other people's days find a new job!!! Not to mention not one employee in the building had a name tag on and they refused to give me anyones name! I got the name off my receipt!!! Another corporate requirement if I am not mistaken? This store is in serious trouble especially with ac&t next to it that has chicken and kind employees 😅

Dead ass only asked for some honey mustard for my 4year old because she HAS to have her sauce for when she eats her chicken, and the lady immediately gave me attitude and refused to give it to me bc apparently we have to order the sauce along with our meal and it costs something. Like since when? It never did before. Now I have a crying toddler and I’m extremely mad.

Everytime that I patronized this business the chicken is always burnt and tastes bad. If you use the drive through, check your order to see if everything is in it. The biscuits are usually hard as rocks.
